Parking was four blocks away, something they failed to mention. Room had no AC or ventilator, got warm really quick.

Our room was lovely! But our window was on Calle 5 and it could get loud during the day or night.

This hotel is not for elderly people. Some rooms have the bedrooms on the second floor and the bathroom on the first floor. Imagine going to bathroom 3 AM you can fell from stairs. (Not good) there was not Kleenex tissues on the bathroom. Shower very bad. They don’t have any metal racks you can grab your self. No place to put the soap or hang out the wash towel. Not enough Lightning 🌩 in the room. If you over 50 or have eldery parents, this place is not for,them. My sister didn’t get the room she paid for it. The shower curtain was sho shirt that the water comes out and there was not hot water at all.. after 8:00 PM restaurant is closed. I will not stay here again. Not worth the money I paid for it.

The garden courtyard outside out room was idyllic. Breakfast was delicious and served in a tranquil garden next to a soothing fountain. The room was unique (2 level with beds up and down with a nice sitting are for having wine in the evening), comfortable and quiet. Location is just a block from the square

Some rooms located directly on courtyard with a lot of noise. Very poor ventilation during the hottest part of the year. The only windows opened directly to the courtyard where people walking by could see directly in.

Quiet, peaceful, sophisticated oasis one block from the bustle of Central Park. I loved this place! Mission style decor - terracotta floors, crisp white sheets, very clean. (Special thanks to Joseline for her friendliness and help during our stay) Unlike nearby hotels, the onsite restaurant caters almost exclusively to guests and closes at 4pm, which contributes to the tranquil, private feel of the property. The glory of Los Olivos is the profusion of beautiful plants and gardens throughout! Most guests are 30-50 year old Latin Americans and North Americans. Possibly not best for young children or travelers hoping to meet new friends or party at their hotel. Some rooms have interior stairs with bathroom downstairs and beds in an upstairs loft. If you don't want stairs pay attention to the room photos when you select and add that request in your comment to the hotel when you book. I highly recommend Los Olivos - booked 2 nights and extended to 5 nights!

Breakfast was very poor, although staff tries to make their best to treat you well and make you feel comfortable. In general the staff was nice, the guy at the front desk even though he was polite and nice, he was not attentive at all, would watch me carry 4 big luggage and not move a finger to help, and was super repelent when asking for more towels.

The room was smaller compared to the pictures, but it was okay. The bathroom however is very uncomfortable for more than two people (it was a 4-adult room). Over all it was pretty fair, but I think maybe it wasn’t worth $140 a night.
