Lovely personell in the restaurant, but seemed very understaffed. Everything took very long - had to wait for a coffee for nearly 30 min. And another 10 minutes for my breakfast.

The hotel is stunning, the garden is like a mini jungle and the rooms have a lot of character! This was my third time staying here and we stayed in La Cueva! I was concerned it might felt too much like a cave but in reality is super comfortable and we really loved how the rocks were incorporated in the room! Beds are super comfy!

Everything was ideal. I really enjoyed it all and was able to calming cohabitate with the lovely mountain spiders!

Lush Atitlan was an absolutely beautiful property. Tucked into the city and built on the mountainside, it was a peaceful sanctuary. The food was mostly vegan and outstanding. I had several breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. I was also able to use their on-site temazcal which was such a wonderful end to one of my evenings.

Prepare yourself if you have a room with a view - there are many steeper stairs to get to your room. If you're not carrying too many bags, its totally worth it for the view.

This hotel is set in a garden that looks like a jungle - hence the name - it is very lush. Stunning views of the lake and volcano, surrounded by greenery. Comfy king bed and a stocked kitchenette and little balcony to enjoy your coffee. Very cute and relaxing spot!

Nothing everything was beyond what we were expecting

Lush Atitlan was well located, it’s only a five minute walk from the main dock. It’s still very secluded and surrounded by luscious greenery. The spirit of the place was peaceful but yet vibrant and the general atmosphere keep you calm and grounded. We had the room sirena and the view from the windows were breathtaking. We enjoyed waking up to the sunrise and admire the sunset. The staff were amazing and very helpful. We are looking forward to go back!

The bed in cascada was too firm for me and the room didn’t get any breeze so was stuffy and hot. Disappointed in the rooms. No view from the room and as others have said noise an issue.

The restaurant is very good, staff friendly, and grounds are beautiful. Nice view from the kitchen area and nice to have a private deck and kitchen.

The property is absolutely magical! It’s tucked away in the trees so you feel like you’re staying in the forest. Our room has an amazing view of the lake and volcanoes. My husband and I felt super relaxed. The staff is wonderful! Very friendly and nice. I can’t wait to come back.

Love love loved this hotel!!! Simply stunning. Great location. I didn't want to leave. The hotel is covered in greenery and it feels like you're in the jungle. There are lots of birds (and hummingbirds) around and it's so peaceful. The vegetarian restaurant is great. The bed was really comfortable. There's nothing I'd change 😁it really exceeded my expectations.

The gardens, staff, and rooms at the most beautiful place in San Marcos are incredibly kind and generous. The eco-friendly rooms are designed to connect you with the nature surrounding you. The owner exudes a motherly energy throughout the space, where every detail feels intentional. The vegan food served here is the cleanest I've ever eaten, and I've traveled all around the world! After staying for two weeks, I find it hard to leave this heavenly place. If you would like to support a local family, this is the place to do it. The location is also a dream, right on the sacred lake where I swam daily. It’s walking distance to everything, including water taxis to neighborhood villages.

Nothing really… everything was absolutely amazing!

Absolutely stunning! Beautiful stained glass artwork in the windows, creative art pieces, beautiful furniture, lovely deck to lounge on, bed faced this large window to look out on the amazing view. Property was gorgeous and had all the amenities needed.
