Large windows had only a thin curtain and lighting outside on the walkway was quite bright making it difficult to sleep at night.

Beautiful grounds with gardens and wall murals everywhere. Rooms were very clean, very good breakfast and very nice staff. Large ceiling fan above bed kept room comfortable.

Nice hotel just around the corner of the busy calle Santander. Nice garden and place to relax. Spacious room. We got breakfast early because of our early shuttle. Friendly staff.

We had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was super delicious, a highlight for us. There also is a very nice garden area and many common areas to sit with a nice view of the garden or on the roof. The hosts and all workers were very kind. We also liked the ease of having a key to the outside gate so you can go and come whenever you want while still being super safe. Parking was very convenient and safe.

Wow wow!! Best place to stay! Location is ideal as it’s right next to the Main Street but in a more quiet off street. Breakfast is 10/10!!! Staff was amazing and the courtyard was beautiful. They even had a place for us to go park our car securely.

It was such a beautiful oasis! Stayed in a triple room with 4 people. The staff were awesome and kind. The breakfast was delicious and included for us. The view from the roof was awesome. The orange kitty there cuddled me forever and sadly my friends wouldn’t let me take it into the room lol. Very safe, and gated. Good location. Would highly recommend and stay again!

The hotel is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Pana but within a short walking distance from everything. The property is well-kept and feels like an oasis in a rather hectic town. I found the staff to be extremely kind and helpful. Despite the language barrier, I was able to communicate with them and get information and direction to various places. To top everything off, a delicious breakfast is provided in the mornings.

It gets a bit loud in the area during the day/early night, but it dies down pretty quickly. We had no issues sleeping. I really don't have anything bad to say about this hotel. There's no A/C but we didn't need it all; it was 70-80 degrees the entire time we were there.

We really loved this place. It's in a completely enclosed area, very safe, surrounded by gardens and water features. It's a 30 second walk to the main road, with all the restaurants and bars, and a 10 minute walk to Lake Atitlan. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was really great. WiFi was good, beds were comfortable, showers had hot water. I would love to stay here again and I would recommend to anybody traveling to the area.

Booming music and bombas going off all night nearby, but it was Holy Week and I brought industrial-level earplugs so I barely heard any of it ;)

Loved it here. Our stay in Panajachel was all about having a rest and the hotel more than delivered. It has a lovely garden area, the common area is really well presented, it's nice and clean, the room was lovely and large and the beds were comfy. Shower was lovely and warm and the breakfast was good too with three or four options. It's about a 15-minute walk through endless restaurants and sellers (if you're looking for Guatemalan national soccer shirt, this is where to get them!) to the lake which provided stunning views of the surrounding volcanoes.

Hotel itself was amazing, however being so close to town you could hear the bass beat of the clubs well into the morning. We figured out if we out the fan on for white noise it helped a lot.

Large room, comfortable beds, nice hot shower with good water pressure. Beautiful gardens, various places to sit outdoors and enjoy the hillside views. From the breakfast table we saw 15 bird species! Loved the covered outdoor living room. We were able to park close to our room. Very helpful and friendly staff, they helped us arrange a bird watching tour and we saw quetzals! I’ve never seen such thorough housekeeping, every day the beds were moved to sweep and wash under them. Good base camp to explore other towns. Outstanding, would stay again!

I did see some small baby roaches in the bathroom. Also the hotel is next to a few major bars so I could hear music until about 3/4 in the morning.

Great location, great room with a roof terrace. I stayed here one night as my previous hotel had no vacancy. I wish I would’ve stayed here. So clean. Comfortable bed. Good WiFi. Good shower, very modern spacious rooms.

Staff wasn’t very responsive to messages/emails. Our room on first floor tended to be noisy during bkfst time. No fridge.

Good location but can get noisy from the surrounding bars. Good size room, mattress is ok but old. Staff while friendly, some are more helpful than others. Nice garden & good options for breakfast. Free filter water & good wifi. Short walk to Main Street full of shops, eateries & bars.

The villas are my go to accommodations in Panajachel. The rooms are bright and clean. The breakfast was very nice and the staff were super friendly. The property has many flowers, a variety of sitting areas and beautiful hand painted murals throughout.
