Lack of clean air ventilation in our room.

The room, which had no windows smelled strongly of mildew. Some staff entered the hotel every morning around 06:00 and talked very loudly with no regard for sleepers.

A very nice, large room, clean and esthetic. The tiny inner courtyard was charming.

The bathroom had a funny odour .. I think from the drain. There was a can of air freshener in the bathroom and that helped some.

The room and bathroom were very spacious. It felt very secure as the main entrance was locked and a staff member stayed up to make sure you got in ok.

The room I was in had vents to the rooftop deck, which was a little cold at night but also I could hear people's conversations, even in a low voice, so they could hear me too.

It was a good location and everything worked well -a good value. Comfortable and the tv and wifi were fine. Staff was nice and helpful. They cooked breakfasts if you want to order. Everything was as expected for the low price.

Nothing. Excellent place. Well, I guess, breakfast could be better. And they need better coffee.

The breakfast was very basic. Ok. But we ended up not eating there very often. The coffee was not great. But don't let that stop you. This place is kept immaculately clean. Its exceedingly quiet. And in Guatemala this is rare. The staff is fantastic. The location excellent. They helped me find free parking for my motorcycle at another of their hotels and were VERY helpful in all matters. Internet was excellent. Warm water shower. The price was higher than first expected, but this was not their fault, but a fault of Booking.com. To find the taxes, which adds 22% to the total cost, is buried under at least 2 more layers and is difficult to find.

It was a little bit noisy, there were dogs another house which was above where our bedroom and they barked a lot.

Good location, just off the main streets so it was a little quieter. Great shower and spacious bedroom

1. Staff Not speaking English at all. 2. If I wanted to pay with credit card they charged 8% on top. 3. Ground floor room was having a musty smell, was very humid, mould. 4. In the website check in time was 13h, at the property was 13:30. 5. Not a smile from the staff.

They have a little roof terrace which could be really nice but the chairs are broken and there's no lighting up there. You can see Fuego erupting on a clear day so it's a real shame that don't do something with this area. There's a barking dog that can go until late. That was annoying.

It's a great location and really really clean. The daily room service is a nice touch. Bathroom was always spotless with hot water showers. WiFi was really good too. The fan in the room was fantastic. Drinking is available.

Very friendly staff and good location to explore the rest of Antigua. The rooms are quite clean and the shared shower wasn't a problem at all. The wifi was strong and I was able to work remotely.

Excellent location - we walked everywhere. Friendly staff. They arranged an airport pick up; and even though our already late flight was delayed, there was a friendly driver waiting for us at the airport. They also arranged a shuttle for us to go to Lake Atitlan. Very affordable prices. Nice rooftop terrace.

The handle of the shower was falling apart though, needs fixing. If you want to pay by card they charge you 8% more.

Overall stay was nice. The bathroom was outside the room but looked clean. There's a fan inside the room. The shuttle to pick us up from the airport was almost on time. Good value for money. Very very centric location.
