I like the peace and quiet serenity,although the view wasn't top tier,it was still decent and private, which is great.

On our way out, the elevator at the 400 building got stuck at the second level, it was miday, and no one had gotten around to fixing it.

Liked the new furnishings and television. Beds were more comfortable from our last stay.

The dryer wasn't strong enough to dry our clothes. We had to spend at $5 per load just to dry.

The hotel was close to a lot of places. They were able to help us with checking out early. Staff were helpful. Housekeeping was good about asking what we needed in our room.

Sheets weren’t being changed😞 my sheets had a stench of male perspiration and it was disgusting. Didn’t make a complaint because I didn’t wanna get anyone in trouble. I’m not that type of person to do something like that to anyone, so I chose to stay quiet and let it be. I won’t be staying there again that’s for sure.

Love the fact that the rooms came with cooking equipment & utensils. Great place for family’s or if your traveling in groups.

The room was massive. 2 full baths, a kitchenette with stove top, microwave, and mini fridge/freezer. Staff was great with my dog.

It should be more flexible for lost and found service. After checking-out I found that I forgot my stuffs in the room and I called to the hotel to check them because I had to fly back home in early morning. However, the staffs just only checked in the lost&found box, but refused to check them somehow at that time. So, I went to the hotel again and asked the staff in person to help me. Luckily, the staff (who is not the one talking on the phone) helped me a lot. I really appreciate it, but it would be better that the hotel should improve the kind of service to be more generously.

The location is easy for me to walk along the beach and the street to the center. The room is spacious and old-fashioned. The price is reasonable. The staffs are nice.

Didn’t like how the detachable shower heads would spin around if you accidentally turn on the water too high and splash past the curtain. Also, it didn’t effect me but the room had a broken closet door.

I got a four-bed room for cheap, clean and easy. They have a little kitchenette if you make your own food and two small bathrooms. A google TV with Netflix or you can log into another service if you want. There’s a pool right outside or you can walk to the beach.

A coffee maker would have been nice.

The room was comfortable and clean. Trash was emptied daily and beds were made. Location is close to everything. I would book there again. Shower water pressure was great. Met our needs, we would be out most of the day, just needed a comfortable place to retreat and rest up when the day was done. Sit's on a hillside, nice views outside.

That I wasn't informed before hand that I could park my car closer to the building. I walked far with my infant just looking for my room and I wasn't offered help to carry my bags.

The room is clean for sure. However it is too clean - so smell bit of Clorox.

Used this hotel for transit. Booked basic room but had 4 beds/2 bathrooms. Too big for 1 person. However the room was clean and nice. Friendly staffs. Walking distance to small shops, and also KMart. Good value for transit passengers.

The door has a big gap underneath. You can clearly hear the screaming/talking when someone is in the alley. Needs an update.

Great rate for a family of five that will only transit for one night. Near the beach and has large comfortable beds.

Basic/functional. If looking for a nice hotel to relax and enjoy during the days, this is probably not it. If a comfortable base, in a good location near restaurants, etc for a budget-friendly price, then this is a good place to go.

Good value for money for a family needing cost-effective accommodation from which to explore Guam. Lots of good restaurants in walking distance.

It’s conveniently located near the airport so if you’re on an overnight layover then this may be a good inexpensive option
