Swimming pool seemed to not be filled with water as much as it should be.

It was clean, lobby was a nice setting, garage parking very convenient and staff was friendly and accommodating.

cable went out last 4 days no tv, internet slow at times, hard to get clean wash cloth at times.

Love the location, could walk to almost everything. Central location on island. Lot of good food within a block, convince store next door.

The shower was a weird set up. I mean they tried really hard to make it look nice but I almost slipped out the bathtub looking shower place almost 5 times. its notfriendly for heavier people.

Staff not that accommodating always busy on their computer. Your cleaning lady are a bit slow for five days of stay never did clean our room and we have to throw our own trash and requests for clean towels. You have buy new kettle it has rust in it. Please don't get offended it's just my honest review.

Location is good feeling safe because of police station in front. Ample parking space and accessible.

The room was old muggy and dingy. The bathroom felt as if it was not deep cleaned. The bed was super hard.

This hotel is in a great location. You can walk to almost any of the hot spots in the area.

The bed was basically cardboard and was very uncomfortable; basically just a room to sleep in for the day. If you're looking for something budget friendly, and just need a space to drop your bags and to sleep, this works. Other than that, you won't see much in terms of comfort and amenities.

The location was ideal, and the parking was plentiful. It's walking distance to a convenience store, to restaurants and is in the heart of the islands hotel area. The traffic getting to and from the hotel was also non-existent.

The hotel is pretty old, some renovations are required. Like blanket had a small hole for example. Or there was some dust on the tv and table lamp like in the very old house. There also were ants in the bathroom.

The location is pretty good. Police station across the street. Some cafes 5 minutes away. 10-15 minutes walk to the beach. Convenient store at the same building. 10 minutes away from airport. The staff is very polite and helpful. Great job!

WiFi is poor, like seriously it keeps turning on but mostly off. Also I think staffs are not enough especially guys, I’m a woman traveler with 4 lugges and it’s hard to push them thru the trolley at elevator to the lobby, no staff was able to help me out at this difficult time. I asked one of the ladies in the front and she couldn’t do anything and gave me a few attitude towards the phone and in the morning.

Room is very clean and AC is cold like I wanted. Location of the hotel is great, near to almost everything in Tumon bay

Hotel was old, except for the paint. I think I was given an old room. Staff didn't clean the room on my third day through I put the cleaning sign. I asked for wake up call service and no one called. Not even a bottle of drinking water was provided. Wifi was unreliable. A lot of times, TV would stop working. Reception said it was due to the internet connection.

Location was perfect, I could give a 10. Room size was ok. Bus stop is just a few feet away. The water at the Pool was clean. Beach is just about 3 to 5 minutes away. Stores and Underwater World are also a few minutes away, except for the outlets. Staff were just OK. Reception got me a taxi back to the airport. I like the pillows
