Stayed just one night as Guam was still recovering from the typhoon. I can’t really rate anything as everything was still closed or under repair after the huge storm. I can say that the staff tried their best under the circumstances, which is a win for me.

Check in was at 3 p.m. Finally got to check in at 4:30 p.m. stood in line for awhile. Rooms weren't ready. Check out was at 12 p.m the following day. Didn't get compensated for anything. No apologies whatsoever. I understand that staff was working under pressure with trying to help every guest. They should have made a line for check in, reservations, and check out.

The aircon in our room was not that cold but it was ok

The hotel was nice it has a gym and department store attached to it. We loved the accessibility of the hotel to local stores, cafes and restaurant and its in the main avenue where all the branded stores are at. The price is very reasonable too. The staff we're very helpful and accommodating since our flight came in very early they allowed us to check in before the check in time. We will surely come back in this hotel again.

the location was very convenient to many shops and restaurants. It was at the center of the city so you can just walk around the only downside was the aircondition in our room and my moms room was not that cold but we did enjoy our stay. The staff were very helpful and accomodating will surely book again when we return.

No notice on website that waterpark was closed until further notice. Only notice was it was closed on Wednesdays. Also expected a better view as I booked the higher price room for the view and sofa bed.

Good value, comfortable bed. Excellent restaurant. Good price for breakfast buffet. Lots of restaurants within walking distance, and there is a neighborhood shuttle in front of restaurant that goes to a couple of the malls. Easy walk to the beach.

Gym facilities were a bit disappointing. I understand that there are not many machines, but the condition was disappointing due to the rust of the dumbbell, but the pleasant atmosphere was good.

Access to the beach and shopping mall was good. It was a cost-effective accommodation, so I was able to spend a decent journey in terms of money.

Really nice reception staff and very helpful. My room was on the ground floor so no view looking into into a lawn area .. boring 😔.. the restaurant in the hotel was meat oriented and like a lot of Guam overpriced period.. was a good stay.

The Sun loungers generally had no shade, just the chairs.

Such a comfortable bed, new refit in the room, looks good, big room, location. POOL was pretty nice.

The room we were in was not properly cleaned. The floor was still dirty. I found some chunks of food on the floor.

House cleaning is terrible. They do not clean your room unless you request for it. But even if they clean it, it is not as clean as I expected it. Moreover, it takes them hours to clean it. If you are a coffee drinker, you need to put an eye to the stock because they don't refill.

The area is perfect if you are a high end brand shopper because the DFS and designer brands shops are just meters away. There are also several restaurants that are so near to the hotel.

I asked 3 times over the span of 8 hours if I can check in early. They did not make the effort of reaching out to me via text/phone call/viber/whatsapp if there is a room ready. When I went back at 2 pm I finally got to check in. Although I was not given a hard time when I requested for a late checkout.

Cant beat the location. Walking distance to Tumon Beach, Galleria, The Plaza Mall and dozens of other shops and restaurants. Decent hotel for the price. Props to their staff member Eder he was very helpful.
