We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Cant beat the price. Rooms were comfortable and although not exactly the beach, it’s literally across the street. There was an issue with staffing so daily room cleaning wasn’t offered unless asked for. I never asked but small services (trash removal, towels, etc.) were provided almost daily which I appreciated.

Despite the building being very dated and worn out, they did make an effort including having a water cooler in the room and free laundry (including washing machine and dryer). The ocean view is amazing!
