We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel front desk staff was phenomenal! They were very helpful with suggestions to local restaurants and places to visit. We enjoyed the guidance and friendliness of the hotel staff.

Staff was NOT helpful through check-in and check-out process. We had to get the rolling carts ourselves and roll our luggages to and from our rooms. Also, there was a strong language barrier as most of the front desk attendants were difficult to understand.

The rooms are so old even tower wing, especially bathroom. It was sometimes difficult to flash. And the room was not clean every day, even changing towels .

All of the rooms in the tower wing is in front of the beach so the view from the room is very nice.

Cleaned the rooms every other day only and sometimes they missed the schedule, so you have to call. Only advised upon check in, so you can’t do anything about it. Some front desk staff don’t speak English very well. Refrigerator conked out and had to follow up to have it replaced.

The hotel swimming pool was good but, compared to the other hotel’s, it seemed a bit less equipped with water slide, tube etc.

The finishes need to be updated in the rooms. We didn't realize that breakfast had a discount for military until the last day. The every other day house keeping had a hard time keeping up with the sandy conditions.

The hotel is in a great location and easy to walk to restaurants. The extra dehumidifier in the room made it comfortable during the rainy season. Walking distance to Gun beach for snorkeling.

No close access into the tower wing from the tower parking lot. I brought it up to front desk but I was told I had to walk up to the main entrance to get into the building. That is an inconvenience when my room is in the tower.

The air con was little too warm even when the engineer adjusted it. The TV also had a bit of connection problem when we first turned it on and had to ask for help to fix it.

We liked everything about our night in: the room was clean and had the essentials, the location of our room and the view, the staff’s responsiveness when we called, and the easy access to the pool and beach!

On the night of my anniversary, the 20th, i was beyond excited taking the whole family down to LaSeine, come to find out it was closed. We ordered anyway, but i was really dissapointed, i felt foolish because i bragged to my kids and husband the awesome buffet we'd have...we ended up with burgers and pasta that night. I believe the pools were having maintenence done that week too. I believe the Main pool was the only one open..but it was far off on the other end of the hotel.

I like the cleanliness, the location, and the staff were very polite and housekeeping was quick. It was A weekend getaway from the norm for my family. My Husbands birthday was the 17th and our Wedding Anniversary was on the 20th, so i thought it be a treat to get away. We had the island family suite, my foster daughter (15), my son (13), and daughter (2), were comfortable.

Noisy- you could hear the balcony curtains open and close from the room above. Balcony isn’t so private.

We ran into a snag in the beginning when 1 of our 2 rooms wasn’t ready for check-in until 3 hours later. We weren’t compensated until we had to actually ask for compensation. They gave us a late check out for both rooms until 4pm which was nice. On the booking.com itinerary it stated that we had 2 hours of the pool cabana for each room, but the hotel stated we had to stay for more than 1 night in order to get that perk. It was frustrating that the site and property weren’t on the same page with the benefits. Overall it was a good stay. Although you could hear noises from the room above and outside the hallway, it was comfortable and the bar by the pool was a plus-very friendly and down to earth bartender. Thanks for making our stay so much better Mr. Ralph.

Our room aircon wasn't as cold as we wanted it to be. We adjusted the temperature but still made no difference. I got up at 2am and noticed the aircon was turned off on its own.

Our original room smelled really moldy so we asked for another room. The staff not only changed our room but also gave us an upgrade for the inconvenience. Only problem was that our new room had issues with a leaking sink and toilet not flushing properly. We called for service but it was never repaired throughout our entire 8 day stay. It was such an inconvenience having to put towels around the bathroom sink and constantly flushing the toilet more than one time.

We liked the lobby area, the view from our room, pool area, easy access to the beach and also your fitness room!

Prior to my stay, I sent a few emails and messages via booking.com “send a message to property” function but NO reply. That is quite disappointing. Very old facilities; carpets and furnitures were from a few decades ago, no devices (old central power remote control, no phone chargers, etc) in global standard, housekeeping is not answering phones and not well organized, etc. The hotel is definitely NOT up to the star level that booking.com advertises.

Location is good, very close to the center but not right in the middle of chaos. Most of the staff were friendly and can speak English.
