The staff down at the little 24/7 snack bar were extremely rude and I also noticed the old lady gave attitude to almost everyone, with the room the only problem was the channels on the TV won’t connect

During the last stay, while the staff are very good at mitigating housekeeping issue, we experienced not having our room cleaned twice. It felt disappointing because we have to call for our room to be made. We never had to worry about housekeeping on our previous stays. Even when it was still Outrigger and following visit when it became Dusit Beach.

The Ocean Front Rooms are great! The view of the ocean in the morning and during sunset is always spectacular. Some days you can witness a rainbow forming in the horizon. Which add to the experience. Restaurants and cafe in the hotel and around the hotel. Very accessible. Trolley and bus and taxi bay are close by if you want to explore other places in Guam.

The laundry room was tiny and consisted of four washers, two of which were down or had technical problems. This made it very difficult to wash clothes.

I liked the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. The rooms consisted of excellent decor paired with a snap-worthy view. The hotel is close to the bars along the strip and the beach and Tiki Bar are connected to the resort.

The bathroom wasn’t thoroughly cleaned (a layer of dust on top of the shower head and some dirty spots on the ground). The room itself was very clean and comfortable, though.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. You have direct access to the beach, and most of the restaurants and stores nearby. Beautiful ocean view and a great pool. A bit on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for. Would definitely stay here again!

The balcony was so small it was standing room only for 2. The TV didn't work properly. The outlet in the bathroom didn't work. The pool is really for kids. Luckily we were able to walk over to Dusit Thani to use theirs.

The walls were pretty thin so we could hear partying next door pretty loudly (but reception sorted it when we complained), the balcony was v small (I’d stay somewhere else if sitting out on the balcony is your thing) and some of the communal areas look pretty tired and could do with some more love/ cleaning (especially the beach bed mattresses)

The first part of our trip we had 3 nights at Dusit Beach Resort. The AC didn't work properly, the safe wasn't functional, bathroom faucet was broken, toilet barely flushed, bidet toilet seat didn't work, and the shower curtain rod brackets were barely holding themselves in place. We had the same room number each time but one floor different. The three night stay had me questioning my hotel choice and if I wasn't past the free cancellation window I may have found a different place to stay on the return trip given the price. Fortunately the return trip was better and helped make up for the first stay.

Location to the beach and restaurants was excellent as well as the convenience of renting a car from the adjacent Dusit Thani resort. We stayed at Dusit Beach Resort towards the beginning and end of our trip while transiting through Guam. Three nights the first time and five nights the second. The room that we had during the 5 nights on our return trip was much better than the earlier stay with everything in the room functioning properly. Excellent onsite self-laundry available.
