We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GuamPool guard asked my husband if he brought in his own alcohol acusingly , when he bought it from the pool bar lol I mean he was drinking it at the pool bar lol and this was during the new Year..way to ring in the new year ..sad to say my husband wasn't to amused..we won't be coming back unfortunately

GuamFor the amount we spent, I expected the facilities to be in better shape and definitely cleaner. There were multiple notices about commitment to sanitation and were left disappointed. The toilets didn’t flush easily, the shower floor was grimy and the bathtub drain didn’t work without removing the plug altogether.
The beds were fairly comfortable and it was nice and quiet. Almost all of the staff were exceptional, especially at Taste. Ruby and Jesse were a great addition to the experience.

Pool beach bar was nice. Limited space on beach seating but overall good. Store in the lobby was nice to have when you need last minute things.

South KoreaI arrived at the hotel before 4pm. And I got my room after 5:20 pm. I asked the connecting room. And they gave me downgrade rooms for connecting room. I got that. Cause they supposed to give me another room. I was the person who asked the connecting room. And after 1 hour I was waiting for my room. The employees said there is no room to be ready. Also, nobody knew when my room is ready. I had to change my dinner reservation. They made me change my plan on my first day in Guam as well. But I appreciate the front desk employees. They tried to help me many times and understand my situation and feeling. However, I don’t recommend this hotel to my friends or anyone if they have plans in Guam. It is waste of money.

GuamI loved everything, close to dining in and out restaurants. I keep coming back from Germany.
Exeptoinal place on the beach of Tumon Bay, ocean like a Blue Lagoon, privat area on the left side with Sade giving trees to get privacy. Beautyful sand and ocean breeze, combined with pool side and Misty’s bar.
