Initially the staff didn't seem very friendly. The doors at the front of the hotel are heavy. There wasn't always a doorman there to help. There also weren't a lot of seats in the foyer.

Perfect location right in the midst of causeway bay - plenty of shopping and lots of restaurants. For a more local experience I would recommend having a Chinese breakfast at Fu Shing which is only 2 doors down from the hotel. We got upgraded to a family sized room which was great. Our room had a view of the Jockey Club and Cricket Club - even our bathroom had a view! For the best dim sum in HK, try the Imperial Treasure restaurant at the hotel. Will definitely stay here again!

Water machine was left empty even after room made up. HKD3000 for a night is quite expensive for a 15 years hotel.

Convenience of location. Bed and pillow are comfy. Relatively large room by HK standards.

No bidet in the toilet. Outlets are not compatible with Philippines standard outlets. But it has the usb and type C charging ports. Toiletries too small (shampoo, conditioner and shower gel), other hotels have already shifted to pump bottles already.

Location is just across McDonalds, shopping stores and some restaurants.

The smell of the toilet. The ventilation suction fan smells foul.

Location was perfect was shopping and the walk to the stadium for the Hong Kong 7s tournament.

Though offered an upgrade, in the end it was a hefty price for only two nights. No particular amenities justified the price tag. The breakfast area was crammed and noisy. For a hotel of this standing, the cheap watered down juice, plastic bread and industrial stale croissants was a genuine disappointment.

Was offered at a reasonable extra price an upgrade for a suite with an access to the 28th floor between 6-8PM.

the staff at the front desk who helped me during check-in had no idea how to use the credit card machine and asked for another card, other staff heard her and told her in Cantonese that she was doing it the wrong way! not even sorry I got from this lady. Then on a different day, another front desk staff experienced, I asked for an adapter plug, and he did not even let me finish my sentence and responded NO! Some of the hotel staffs needs proper courtesy training, as at the end of the day it is a hotel that to be polite does not cost even a penny. The hotel is not clean, very outdated and some areas require to be touch-up or clean-up, as I attached disgusting looking ceiling of the bathroom!

location is good as it is very near the causeway bay station & many shops around the hotel proximity. I love the service of the doorman at the hotel they are super helpful & kind, which sadly not for the frontdesk/operators

If you are using the MTR, the entrance could be okay near. But you need to walk down a bit till get to the train area. So I do suggest, you may take tram or bus.

I like everything! Especially they have super friendly and super helpful with many things. From the front team, concierge and also the cleaning lady they keep providing best services We stayed for 4 nights and i have nothing to complaints.

The hotel is well located, the room is comfortable, the breakfast is very varied, but you have to think about including it in the reservation.
