Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomFood wise, if you wanted something different you have to leave Disney it’s out 20mins. Careful of bugs were bitten within 10 mins near pool but they have bug spray which I didn’t realise.
Everything about Disney amazing theme park place Staff are amazing and very helpful.

Lighthearted and friendly atmosphere, just what you're looking for in a Disney trip. Nice breakfast and friendly service in the Ink & Plate restaurant. Was fairly quiet and not crowded at all when we visited in late April

Great staff, fantastic activities for the kids. Close to Disneyland with free shuttle. Priority access to park with your stay, we skipped the long lines. Definitely be staying there again.

Ideal location for doing the Disney park. Excellent pool with a slide which kept my son entertained. Staff were great.

AustraliaI was told there was construction happening but that it wouldn’t start until 11am which was fine since I would be at Disney all day however it actually started with hammering before 9 and drilling started around 10 which isn’t ideal when you’re on holidays. Additionally I recommend you bring and sleep mask, there are no block out curtains and the light starts coming in at sunrise which can disturb.
The hotel itself is beautiful. The amenities are excellent, the bed is comfortable, the location amazing with a shuttle to and from Disney/Station and the staff were lovely.

One of the best hotels that we stayed in. My family and I booked rooms for 2 nights and they facilitated our request they gave us connecting rooms! It was perfect stay they have vuses going to and from the Disneyland Park. And to other Disney hotels. We got the chance to roam around the resort. Staff were really courteous. We thank Ms Myra and Ms Tori for facilitating our check in. It was really smooth.
