The decor could use a refresh.

The room was abit tired and could use a refresh. The mirror to my bathroom was fogged over. The bed was comfy though. The room is cozy. Well located, 2 blocks from the MTR & one block from the harbour. Great views . The chinese restaurant was great.

Can’t say I didn’t anything. Some might say the hotel is dated but, that’s its charm. The French gourmet restaurant in the 41st floor has terrific views of Hong Kong but they need to push out dinner faster. 70 mins is a long time to wait for the main course considering how expensive. (The food though, was very nice).

Good location here on the North side of Hong Kong Island . Quiet - considering! Good sized comfy rooms with nice large bed. Excellent separate shower room/bath within the wider bathroom. 4 mins walk from Fortress Hill MTR station thence 11 mins from there to Central.

I wish the rooms were as elaborate as the voyeur. Unfortunately, the furniture and fittings are functional, but a bit old/dated. Though we asked for a non-smoking room, it still had a lingering smoke smell.

The hotel is situated in an area with lots of shops, restaurants and public transport. The room was spacious and tidy. I liked the big bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The big tub was a bonus. We really liked the viewing deck that gave a lovely panoramic view of the island and Kowloon.

I didn't like that the toilet in the room was visible. The room I was assigned initially had carpet stains. I complained and they moved me to the club room. The carpets in the elevator look worn put.

The breakfast was excellent. That was why I stayed 4 nights. I love the ambiance of the breakfast, the music was awesome and the staff were excellent.

The so called Sea View room is a joke you can only see a minor slice of the harbour. And the staff is not very helpful. The deposit system is a joke, they literally “charged” me 10000HKD for deposits because I brought “3 balloons” to the room for my friend’s birthday, how’s three balloons gonna cause any room damage? I had to wait 2 weeks for the deposit payment back to my account. I just can’t believe the deposit system work that way.

Pool and gym close very early ( at 8pm) I think it’s really uncomfortable because a lot of people loves training at evening after all things.

Clean rooms, nice service, best view and location( 2 min walk to mrt), fast check in. Very nice smell in main lobby. Totally recommend

The furniture is a bit dated. The bath towels hook is not big enough to hold the bath towel.
