I wish the rooms were as elaborate as the voyeur. Unfortunately, the furniture and fittings are functional, but a bit old/dated. Though we asked for a non-smoking room, it still had a lingering smoke smell.

The hotel is situated in an area with lots of shops, restaurants and public transport. The room was spacious and tidy. I liked the big bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The big tub was a bonus. We really liked the viewing deck that gave a lovely panoramic view of the island and Kowloon.

I didn't like that the toilet in the room was visible. The room I was assigned initially had carpet stains. I complained and they moved me to the club room. The carpets in the elevator look worn put.

The breakfast was excellent. That was why I stayed 4 nights. I love the ambiance of the breakfast, the music was awesome and the staff were excellent.

The so called Sea View room is a joke you can only see a minor slice of the harbour. And the staff is not very helpful. The deposit system is a joke, they literally “charged” me 10000HKD for deposits because I brought “3 balloons” to the room for my friend’s birthday, how’s three balloons gonna cause any room damage? I had to wait 2 weeks for the deposit payment back to my account. I just can’t believe the deposit system work that way.

Maybe just the location, few minutes walk from north point metro.

The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the subway, and there are a couple of good restaurants and coffee shops in the area, making it very convenient.

Pool and gym close very early ( at 8pm) I think it’s really uncomfortable because a lot of people loves training at evening after all things.

Clean rooms, nice service, best view and location( 2 min walk to mrt), fast check in. Very nice smell in main lobby. Totally recommend

It’s very shame ful if your guest go down and bring water my wife when ask bottle of water then someone told her sorry govt not policy to keep the water Excuse me you are living in world class Hong Kong market You should keep 2 glass bottle of water Wood tooth paste Shaving kit So dis appointed You should charge 50 dollar extra no body mind How much Aqua Panna bottle cost 6 dollar each So keep In the room

The room is quite tired - the furniture is old and worn; there are lots of stains on the carpet. The cleaner must've forgotten to check the mini-fridge as the last occupant's takeaway dinner was still in there when I arrived in the room.

Really nice and spacious room (very spacious by HK standards), great location 3min walk from Tin Hau MTR station. Very friendly and attentive staff. Comfy bed.

On the 41st floor they served iced coffee with too many ice cubes which made it hard to drink & enjoy. Please ask an Italian, how to make ice coffee. It's not the same as an ice tea. 😊

Staff, room was great, sauna steam was tranquil, bed was fluffy very restful, bath was unexpected, breakfast had wide selection, lobby was glamorous and smelt amazing all the time.
