The location is closed to shopping centre with lots of variety eating place. The room is very spacious and the staffs are helpful. The hotel can arrange late check-out till 2pm and free storage of luggage for 2 weeks on condition you will return for 2nd booking. Convenient transportation to everywhere Good valued of money

There is not much to eat or to shop nearby. The room has only 1 queen size bed, with a sofa, which happened to be not a sofa-bed. So we had to sleep with our 9 year old daughter in 1 bed. An additional bed would cost around €40 a night, which would make the rate 40% higher than the original rate. Something to think about as with this higher rate you can go for another (better) hotel.

The room was big and they have a very nice outdoor swimming pool.

There was a cockroach crawling and went inside my luggage, it was something really bothering me a lot. We have to zip our luggage all the time to avoid it going into our clothes.

The staffs are very helpful and friendly. Especially the front desk staff who explained how to take public transport are very patient. The housekeeping staff are always friendly and greet people with a smile, we feel warm with that.

The lighting might be too dim but is romantic. There are not enough power outlets for charging my many tablets, cell phones (only room for two USB) and PC.

The hotel could offer an international power supply for travelers. Since we no longer brought our adaptors, we ended up buying a power supply adaptor from a nearby store to convert the local socket to work with the power plug for my laptop.

The room was spacious, clean and bright with a great view. Though the location was off the main MTR route, there were frequently run (right in front of the hotel) light rail circular lines connecting to the Tin Shui Wei MTR station. The several nearby shopping malls offered various eatery and essential services such as banking and bakery/supermarket within reach through the light rail and there was a shopping mall right next to the hotel within walking distance.

The gym should open at 6am and close at 11pm. Disappointed it closes at 10pm on Saturday. We all are here to do things in the day time. Don't expect us to be free. We all start our day early and finish late. We should be able to do gym before we start or end our day.

No serious dislike . Suggest to provide better quality in-room slippers and need not change them every day.

Room was spacious and kept clean and tidy although the décor of the room was a bit "old school". However the amenities are maintained well and functioning properly. Towels provided are new and clean. Though location was far from City Centre, but there is a LRT station nearby enable one to connect to the whole MRT networks thus making travel around easily. There is also bus terminal behind the hotel where where one can travel by bus to and from the airport directly, conveniently and economically.

The location is a little far from the airport or tourist attractions like the Victoria or Kowloon front Harbour where you can walk, take a ferry boat, or enjoy the light shows. The cold wind and rain the night we arrived made it difficult to walk around when they pushed my wheelchair. We still enjoyed the full day we spent there and flew out the next morning.

Staff was professional, courteous, and prompt. They replied fast to questions, assisted us with maps and directions to get us from location to another. It is a few feet away from train and public transportation. It’s convenient for tourists who have lots of time to explore. The front desk staff esp. Mr. Jordan, are very helpful. Excellent housekeeping crew who took care of the extra bed, blanket, and pillow. The hotel has a 7-11 convenience store, a mall with restaurants, and fast food chain like McDonald’s. Hongkong has Uber service that saved us time since I use a wheelchair. The hotel is handicapped friendly.

Just a con far from the center, took estimates 1 hours up by bus or train to get to attractions, but its not a problem we would like a bigger room and more quiet area.

The hotel is far from the center which make the neighborhood a bit more on residences side which is good to our preference, while its far from the center its so close to public transportation make it convenient, the room are really big and comfortable with this price in Hong Kong I would say its really good value. Check in take a bit long (lack of staff) but check out is super duper quick and easy. Hotel staff also responsive by email for my prior request and questions, which is something I really appreciated.
