We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaThe bed was not made up only coffee and toilet paper was replaced. Not sure why but maybe because it was a sunday the staff were off? Anyway it wasn't a train smash just something that could have been better but would definitely go stay there again.
The view from the room on the 26th floor was really impressive. The shower is spacious and water was always hot. The location is within close walking distance to the subway and is very safe at night. There is a 7 eleven store around the corner on the way to the subway very conveniently situated. We stored our bags from checkout to 20h00 at very friendly and helpful security as we had a late flight at midnight which helped us to have time to go tour Macau without dragging luggage with us.

MontenegroI felt some strange mold smell in the room, I asked staff to change the room, they were helpful and changed it, but it was the next room to my previous one - smell was the same. I wouldn’t say it was critical, after some time you wouldn’t feel it anymore anyway, but first impression wasn’t so good. Facilities are a bit old, though rather clean.
