Rooms are very small but it is quite normal for hong kong standatrs.

We moved to Room 1701 because the phone in Room 1801 was not working. The first morning we went out, we met the cleaning "young lady", I said good morning to her in Cantonese, she turned, gave us a dirty look and walked away. That was not very nice. I didn't want to complain because I don't want her to play a prank on us. After all she cleans our room every day. From then on, I didn't even dare look at her. She was the most unfriendly cleaning staff I have ever met. Did she have a problem?? Does the hotel treat her well??

We appreciate very much the quick response when we had a problem/issue. Like for example the first night when we thought there was no hot water, second time it was the TV and then the bathroom sink. The technician appeared at our door in less than 10 minutes. It was definitely a plus. The room was a bit small but clean. 10 points for the location which is close to public transit and eateries. Bed was OK.

The room was small which I can live with. What I did not like was that my room had a connecting door to the neighbouring room so I could hear sounds from the next room and vice versa. I felt a lack of privacy.

We had a room with view and good hot water supply. Unlike the previous stay ( 4Mach-7 March) & (17March-19 March) Rooms were without window openning and totally covered with blind, little hot water supply. Hope they will allocate us nice room if we return to again.

The Room and Bathroom was small, the shower cubicle was tiny. Cramped. Breakfast options are Limited, the restaurant floor needs a spruce up. Value for Money - Around 80% Value.

Location - Excellent for transport - 100 meters across the road was the Ferry, 200 meters across the road is the Bus Terminus (direct bus to the airport), 20 meters to the left is the Underground (MTR) Several Supermarkets and shopping options close by. Food - Surrounded by various eating options. Staff - are very polite, friendly and helpful. Room - Standard Room with Double Bed - Small Room and Bath, however they were clean. Comfortable Bed. Wireless internet access was good. Big safe deposit box.

Location and cleanliness

The bathroom is a bit outdated and could need an upgrade. The neighbors (old man) was yelling after midnight to his son that he had cold water in the shower and then needed a towel. Then there was some yelling in the hallway between them as he had the room opposite to the man. - I did need to get up and remind them in the hallway, that people are sleeping past midnight. Maybe it would be nice to put reminders about "silent time" or work on insonorisation of rooms.

The hotel is very close to the MTR station (under 1 min by foot). The room is small but still big enough, knowing that Hong Kong is expensive. So fair price for the area and the room size. View on the port between two buildings. Shower gel and water was provided, which was nice. Nice to have a fast blowing hair dryer (despite you need to press all the time on the button for the flow)
