Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Thailand- no Netflix & Youtube on TV (but plenty of cable channels) - although great location, the hotel is located a bit further away from local restaurants & street shops & convenient stores (7Eleven) - need to walk 12-15 minutes to Jim Sa Jui / Nathan road
The location is superb ( right over the hip K11 Musea - close to Space museum - Avenue of Stars) and the hotel is very new with excellent design. The room is much larger than most of the hotel rooms and fully equiped with many useful apartment functions ( ie. Kitchen with oven-microwave, electric stove refig, kitchenwares, sink, washing & drying machine and etc.). Love the signature scent throughout the hotel. The staffs are responsive and well react to our requests. Thank you the front desk ( Kitty) who put up the greeting card for our Songkarn holiday.

Property is very clean, neat and cosy. The location is pretty easy access to many major streets. Hotel has a great service for lazy day where you can order food and deliver to your door step.

Spacious room with nice design and fully equipped with everything we need. Very suitable for families with children. There is a big living room, kitchen and a dining table. We can enjoy ourselves in the living room while the children were sleeping without having to worry that we would wake them up with the noise at night. Perfect location! The hotel is right next to the newest mall, K11. Very good and helpful service. Will definitely stay here again.
