Vague directional sign and very dark lighting are both making way finding a bit difficult to understand where exactly we are.

They don't have their own restaurant (only breakfast available), you can only order food from the restaurants in the shopping mall.

- no Netflix & Youtube on TV (but plenty of cable channels) - although great location, the hotel is located a bit further away from local restaurants & street shops & convenient stores (7Eleven) - need to walk 12-15 minutes to Jim Sa Jui / Nathan road

The location is superb ( right over the hip K11 Musea - close to Space museum - Avenue of Stars) and the hotel is very new with excellent design. The room is much larger than most of the hotel rooms and fully equiped with many useful apartment functions ( ie. Kitchen with oven-microwave, electric stove refig, kitchenwares, sink, washing & drying machine and etc.). Love the signature scent throughout the hotel. The staffs are responsive and well react to our requests. Thank you the front desk ( Kitty) who put up the greeting card for our Songkarn holiday.

To reach your room from the main lobby is pretty a far walk and has to change lift.

Property is very clean, neat and cosy. The location is pretty easy access to many major streets. Hotel has a great service for lazy day where you can order food and deliver to your door step.

Spacious room with nice design and fully equipped with everything we need. Very suitable for families with children. There is a big living room, kitchen and a dining table. We can enjoy ourselves in the living room while the children were sleeping without having to worry that we would wake them up with the noise at night. Perfect location! The hotel is right next to the newest mall, K11. Very good and helpful service. Will definitely stay here again.

Entrance of the hotel is quite narrow. Lighting of exit way to K11 is too dark.

The ventilation system in the bathroom not good enough. There's still have smell for a long time after using the toilet. The electric toilet cover in the main bedroom was cracked and unusable.

Location is great, very comfort and relax.
