Hotel location is great, there's a hk cafe, seafood restaurant (tim sum in the morning session) and many more eateries. The area is not as crowded like TST, perfect for my family trip with small kid. We had a spacious room for 3, high floor view and plenty of space for luggage and toys spreading around! A few mins walk to MTR and bus stops around the area for easy access to almost everywhere. Hotel staff are wonderful and very helpful with all our enquiries.

Aircon was very loud, and hard to adjust and turn off. Size of room is a little small for my liking without any storage to hang clothes - you can only use the space under the bed

Nothing much. Just note that there is a deposit of 1000hkd to pay when you get there. They only accept credit and cash so make sure you have options when you get there. There are money changers nearby if you lack cash.

It's close to prince edward station exit c2. There is a big sign for the hotel. The room is great and big for hongkong. The room even has a clothes line for you to dry clothes. The staff is thoughtful and replenished water bottles even though i drank the initial bottles. The receptionists are nice too! Clear instructions in the room as well! My view from the 22nd story is great too!

Location is central, close to MTR station & airport bus route. Lots of dinning Venus, supermarket around. We got a standard corner room, lovely view from 18 floor. Spacious for 2 people, free bottle of water daily, hot drinks making machine

The room only had 1 chair, guest would need to sit on the high beds as space underneath were for your suitcase. Reception is not on the ground floor but on the 7th floor, although it is a small hotel there are only 2 lifts which is quite small (maximum fit 2 people with 2 large suitcases). No taxi stand outside the hotel, due to the coach stop that travel to/from China and Macau.

A room that can fit 4 adults and has 2 toilets. The location is very good, just a few minutes walk from Prince Edward MTR Station, less than a 10 minute walk from the Flower market, Goldfish market, Fa Yuen Street market and central Mong Kok. There lots of amenities (convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, drugstores next to/around the hotel area.

Really close to the metro. Outside you can find money exchange, a dinner, and convenience stores (7/11). Clean and spacious, it was a great stay. The staff was friendly. No laundry, but they provided me with instructions to get to a laundry less than 5 minutes away. Great value for your money!

Very nice hotel and comfortable room. Good bathroom. Super position in town. Local good restaurants around and different shops. Good guys in the reception, they helped us with our problem.

Double room was very tight for 2 adults and baby. The lifts smelt of cigarette smoke all the time.

Hong Kong is a bit expensive and ATMs do not accept western debit cards, only credit cards.

Nice place. Very clean and professionnal and comfortable. In one of the central areas of Kowloon. Near metro stations. Nice experience for a first time in Hong Kong.

The cigaratte smell along the hotel walkway, esp the lift is abit suffocating. THe kids find it difficult to breath.
