Location is convenient with a hair salon, cafe, convenient store (in the hotel), medical hall just around the corner. 3 - 5 mins walk from Jordan MTR station and Airport bus stop. Staff were polite and helpful.

Really can't find any thing I don't like.

This hotel is located at the strategic location. The best for it is easy to find good food. Besides, many interesting place is just within walking distance.

The AC is supposed to be be colder than this. It takes too kong until you feel the cool breeze, even when you turn to the lowest temperuature.

Location. I stayed here before when it was formerly Hotel Rainbow, so I know how it is. Easy to access with airport bus, and not to far from MTR Jordan. Also, they gave us a room with decent condition.

The shower floor is a bit slippery and there is no handrail available. It can be quite dangerous for old folks.

The room is considered spacious by Hong Kong standard. The location is good as it is within walking distance to Jordan MTR station. Many eateries nearby. The airport bus A21 drop off stop is also nearby.

Admin/management made a series of mistakes during check-in, we checked into a room with people. Our key cards were also constantly disabled for unknown reasons throughout the stay. The room was not the cleanest and had a hint of cigarette scent.

Extremely convenient location which is close to MRT with plenty of shopping and eatery options. Room was decent in size and we had all the amenities we needed in the room.

It would help to have the option of charging the breakfast expenses to the room. In addition, it would not harm the rooms to be a little bit more clean.

The location was amazing, and the rooms were very quiet. Also, the staff was helpful with excellent English skills and helped in improving the overall experience.

Thermostat not working. Both me and my mum's room are freezing, no matter how high we turn the temp up, it didn't make any difference. Wear thick PJs if staying around winter or cold weather time. Need to lock and chain the door every night because the cleaner comes at random time to clean the room, and will just knock and open the door straight away...

Close to MTR & buses, 24 hr launderette 4 mins walk, Plenty of shops and restaurants across the road. Temple street around 6 mins walk, The hotel room is spacious and comfortable, Has a very small fridge to put your milk or dessert in, 7-11 one min walk away.

Nothing to dislike about the hotel. But didn't like that they needed a HK$500 deposit for our stay. This was unexpected and ate into my funds for 2-3 days. Then, when it was returned to me at the end of our stay, I ended up taking the refunded HK$500 home, useless to me after my trip is over.

Good location, short walk from main roads (Jordan and Nathan Roads), CityLink bus to/from airport conveniently located along these roads. Lots of eateries nearby, comfortable room size and bed, clean room. Also near shopping outlets - Temple Street, Prudential Tower, shops along main roads.

Cleaners come everyday at a random time. Surely 10am some people are still asleep. Please make a sign to say do not disturb! Even though you have a sign to say come back later they still knock, buzz your bell and come in like the sign outside doesn't exist.

Very close to Jordan MTR exit 2. Many buses to get you around. Alot of places close by to shop and eat.

No complimentary water was provided. The shower's hot water was not hot enough to my personal preference. The room was not bright enough without opening up the window curtain.
