The room is a bit small for me though the bed is fit for my size. The single room is not recommended for those solo travelers who are a tall size especially to the solo gentleman. There is some noise during the night and as a light sleeper, I could not sleep right away.

The reception staff is a fellow Filipina so I became comfortable with my inquiries. The location is great because it is just a few steps only to the MTR station. Somehow, I have a little privacy in my room.

The hotel director is good , he is so friendly with guest, the all staff is good and supportive and very helpful for everyone. Our room was clean and lobby is good 👍, every where have cctv camera for customers safety, so I will prefer to everyone one there, you guys can satay there with your family, I like it this place, it's really so good hotel with in our budget

Right near Tsim sha tsui MTR station. Really social hostel, perfect for solo travelers – it’s by far one of my favorite hostels I’ve ever stayed in, and I couldn’t recommend it more!

The most disgusting part of our stay is the room beside us (476) cause it’s supposed to be non-smoking but his room reeks of cigarettes. We are all asthmatic and we can smell it once we open the doors of our room. Facilities listed on the page are not complete, linens, bedsheets and pillows/pillowcases seem dirty, and we killed like around 3 to 4 cockroaches during our stay. There’s even a dead cockroach inside the fridge. If you’ll ask why we didn’t complain nor tell it to the reception or hotel management, nah we didn’t bother, we just didn’t extend our stay and made sure that we’re not there long enough, we were out most of the time and only got back to sleep. But we will never book there again.

The only thing that’s likeable about the property is its accessibility to MTR.

Elevator was very busy

Location is very nice centre of the city and the staff is really very good and helpful. They upgrade my room. With the big window and they also give every day towels and do the housekeeping room is very very clean. Room Is very very good.

We were placed in rooms which were not in accordance to what was indicated in the listing we have booked and the price we have paid (based on comparative price of existing listings). The front desk lady which was on duty when we arrived is not approachable and said that there is no deluxe king suite (with 2 bedrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 6 persons) available when we showed our booking confirmation. The elevator are small and slow.

The location of the place is very accessible to food establishments, various shops and public transportation.

lack of communication from the operators during a time of personal illness (hospitalised with respiratory problem) was extremely distressing and made my trip to HongKong unnecessarily stressful. did not reply to multiple messages via booking.con app and one email I sent through the email associated with their booking.com account. I’d like to clarify that I initially was not reaching out to request a refund or cancellation but rather to attempt to change the booking date due to my being in hospital and unable to meet my original booking start date. this is to be expected however considering the scale of business these operators are running. about the property itself, this kind of accomodation is the best you’ll get at this price point in hong Kong as the city is exorbitantly expensive.

the location is wonderful for getting around mainland HongKong and accessing the ferry for HongKong island.

The aircon is old and a bit noisy if you are a light sleeper. It was cold anyway so I switched it off

Location is great, near Tsim Sha Tsui MTR and Middle Road where bus A21 coming from HKIA stops. Go straight to 16th floor Delta Hotel for check in per hotel instruction (6 hotels are under Delta Hotel). Payment for the room was collected in cash but can be made via credit card with additional 5% charge. Room is small but clean. Bed is comfortable and bedsheet provided. Drinking water, fridge and microwave is available for use in the common area. Overall, value for money in TST
