The room was very clean, had an amazing view over the Botanical Gardens and looked at the Hong Kong skyline, which was magical for me. I was very happy with the amenities, and the staff was very friendly.

The lunch offerings at the in house eatery weren't great.

Great suite with a great view. Convenient location - not in central but quite close. Botanical Garden in just across the street, and great for a morning walk. Great staff.

Location is quite fancy but bit hard to get there as it no public transport around or late night shops. In Mid levels, close to central Also I was bit surprise with the 500 dollars deposit they ask when check in, I just didn't understand what was the deposit for, since there's nothing valuable inside the room, the only drinks in the fridge are 2 lil bottle of water that you have to pay 12$ to drink it. No room service, or even extra shampoo...

The guy at reception was snappy, rude and couldn't speak properly, he would ignore me speaking, and my questions upon checking in and out, and just kept going on his scripted speech, he had attitude, and seemed to treat me with a hatred, a little spiteful, and rude, just very impatient and short with his mannerisms' Im a bubbly person, and in no way did I deserve his check-in manner. Wished i got his name... Dressed in a suit, but inside a nasty person.

In the morning, only towels were changed, and no tea or coffee was refilled. There is a grocery store in the same building, which was very convenient to buy water because you have to pay for water in the room anyway.

Kitchen equipment and utensils are there, but they are very basic. We went in early April, the pool was not open. The bed is only a double bed. Back of the tele was dusty. Bin in the kitchen has no lid. No means to recycle waste. Full cleaning and bed making was only done few days in week, but they do change towels and clear bins every day. These are not significant shortcomings to me. Overall, I like staying in this hotel, and there are a lot of plus points I didn't know until I stay there.

I stayed in a room with kitchen and living room separated from bedroom. The view was fantastic. Spacious rooms, i like the nice big fridge. Quiet and safe location with supermarket right next door. Zoo snd Park across the road, playground and squash within 10 mins walk. Bathtub in bathroom, big TV screen with Netflix. Free parking in next door building as long as you spend some money in supermarket. This is a very good family with young children option who come to hk to mainly visit family, want to have a place to catch up and chat. With the green in such close proximity, this hotel is on the edge of an oasis within the concrete jungle.

Pricy like most of HKG. No breakfast facility, bed sheets not changed during the 3 night stay, a few more dishes and an iron with ironing desk would not hurt. None of these a showstopper for a great long weekend. The check in check out time could be a bit optimised though, although here as well, to the credit of the place, we did receive the keys almost 2h prior to the official check in time.

We had the Garden Suite - 11 out of 10 view. Simply superb. Everything nearly perfect. Location nice, especially if you don't mind walking uphill on your way home :) All clean and functional in the room, nice furniture too. Supermarket in the building immediately next to it.

This is my unique problem. Being a vegetarian. But i could register on the local food app and get indian food delivered to hotel.

You could have placed an electronic display in front area, guiding the tourists to sightseeing points.

My daughter wanted the swimming pool. Hope next time there will be a swimming pool in operation. The staff was extremely helpful
