Room dining could be better, especially late nights- sandwiches are the only option, certainly they could improve here. Rooms are little small but was cozy, clean and comfortable.

It matches Hyatt standards, neat and clean, comfy beds, highlight is the breakfast- one of the best we had, roof top swimming pool was great experience. Location is close MTR, hassle free transport to any part of city. Staff very kind and helpful.

Overall, the staff are helpful and friendly. Housekeeping Joanne on level 9 is professional and does a great job in cleaning my room.

The Club lounge was nice in the evenings, and the views from the room, pool and dining restaurant were really good. Very close to Island line metro too which made it easy to get around.

Stange hotel layout as it has two towers but navigable. Escalators are blocked when the ground floor shops are closed. Pool area doesn't have enough sunbeds or chairs.

For 4 nights it was the perfect stay. The only thing which bothered us was the room is quite small but thats the usual for Hong Kong. On top North Point is not Central but still well connected via the MTR.

Nice clean building incl. hotel rooms and great service. Bar on Top was also very well done with great music and great cocktails. The shower had great water pressure ! A nice ad on is that in the same building there is a little mall incl. starbucks

Rooftop bar would be better if open later. It closes too early and the staff weren't particularly attentive when we visited. We had to wave them down to order anything. Separately, if there are 3 people staying in a room, it'd be nice if the cleaning staff would leave 3 bath towels after servicing. I had to call everyday to ask for an additional towel.

The breakfast buffet is quite nice. Pricey but the selection is good. Rooms were clean and the view of the harbour was great. The location is convenient to the MTR station and the surrounding neighborhood has a lot of dining options to explore. Security also came right away when called about a disturbance from a neighboring room so kudos to them for responding quickly.

A perfect stay in Hong Kong Island. The rooms are all overlooking the harbor, the bed is so comfortable that you don't want to get up. The bathroom is very nice and the shower is relaxing. The breakfast is a dream and you don't manage to eat that much as there is so much to choose from. The hotel is located above a shopping center where you have several supermarkets, restaurants, café. Highly recommended and extremely comfortable if you are traveling with a small child as the distances are short. We would come back anytime, it was a great week. Thanks to everyone!

The breakfast was excellent as was the Cruise restaurant and bar area on the 23rd floor. Overall the staff were brilliant - very kind and helpful. For example, an issue with the hot water in the room was resolved professionally and promptly. Thank you in particular to Carlotta and Karen at the front desk for their information and assistance throughout my stay. The concierge team were also very helpful with sightseeing suggestions.

Location, it is just too far from central. It was overpriced. Breakfast was insanely good, but just too expensive. Got 2 twin beds and at check- in, was told it costs even more to get 1 bed for 2 people which is a rather silly answer from the staff member. Rather just say not available.

Hmm the mattress quite soft I am used to firmer mattress

The surrounding was a nice peaceful area the MTR is just opposite the hotel ! A shopping mall next to hotel as well if you need to grab a quick bite there are options around ! I need to comment that the Philippines lady MYRA was very helpful she walked us to our room when our room key got stucked and she even told us where to visit given our short time in HK ! Her attitude was fantastic ! Very friendly ! And also the front desk Pablo he was so kind to extend our room to 2pm ! I asked for 130pm but he said don’t rush you have till 2pm ! Hyatt staff has a friendly and welcoming attitude! But note that this is not the “shopping district “ Tsim Sha Shui but don’t worry taxi are not expensive and MTR just next door ! Nice quiet and reasonable priced hotel !
