Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesNo AC in the hallway towards the room. When we checked in the pool looked as if it was not operable because the pool was not filtering and not enough water was in it. However, in the evening the pool appeared to be on and with water filled in. So it was a misconception, but because I thought the pool was not available I made other plans and stayed out late for dinner, by the time we returned it was too late for the kids to get in.
The outside location of the hotel was not what I expected, however the inside of the Hotel was very nice and the appearance is exactly what is advertise. So that was not a disappointment. However, no AC in the hallways towards the rooms.
