Such a homey and comfortable place to stay! Slightly off the beaten path, but it's so easy to take a taxi to wherever you'd like to go on the island. The hosts picked me up from the airport and then took me to a grocery store on the way so I could pick up some essentials, which was lovely!

Roger was super helpful and informative. Shared great places to eat, pieces of history, and made us feel like family. He told us how much we *should* pay for a Taxi to West End and what common costs are for certain things which that alone made the stay well worth it. We only stayed one night, prior to our flight out of Roatan (we had been on Utila) so we don't have much to comment on. Simple room. The bed was comfy. The access to the water to relax and read was great. Our stay at Victoria Beach fantastic.

No hot water and the bathroom is quite basic as others described.

Good location for getting in from the airport and leaving the next day for the early ferry. Roger was so nice and great to communicate with ahead of time. He picked us up from the airport and took us to the ferry for reasonable cost, which was really great. Happily paid $10 for AC, otherwise would be way too hot.

The property itself is very rustic, so perhaps not for you if you’re looking for luxury.

Roger was an excellent host - even before we arrived he told us how much to expect to pay for the taxi so we didn’t get ripped off. He suggested things to do on the island and took us to the beach for a small fee. The property is located right on the water (a snorkelling area, not a swimming area) so we were able to go out and see the fish with the snorkel our host provided.

Very friendly owners. Great location right on the water with a reef right in front of the property. Owner was very helpful with giving me a lift to the airport in the morning and had great conversation. Will definitely come back

I thought it was on the beach, but it was quite a ways away. I would have liked another plug and another table or chair near the head of the bed. I also would have liked a door to the bathroom.

Wind inside the wood cabin , wouldn't hurt normal people but for asthmatics(or previously ) it's absolutely harmful .

Great for connecting with Nature and meditate , amazing view and dogs. Breakfast was really good (traditional + coffee + fruit).

For the money, l can't complain.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. This is a Rustic type of accommodation. It's not a fancy hotel with A/C. Suitable for back packers. Great value for money. Get one the upstairs rooms if you can, so you can get a bit of the sea breeze. Nice local style breakfast.

The lower level rooms are dark, ask to stay on the upper level. Transportation to and from the location is expensive, explore alternatives.

The owners are nice and the location is fine; you have a dock to enjoy views of the sea.

Some parts still under construction like a patrially leaking roof - that was about to be fixed the other week - and some issues with cheap interior but nothing too serious after all.

Very lovely family and basic apartments suitable for a short stay at Roatan. Roger was really communicative and tried to solve every issue. There were some downsides that were met with immediate action to solve them and for people who like a family like atmosphere and do not have the highest expectations concerning accomodation, this place is a very good recommendation regarding the price.

The location is OK, just be aware that Flowers bay isn't that touristic and it's next to the street. There's a restaurant around the corner and you'll find some streetfood on walking distance but not a lot. Gasstation with small hot-food section 10min walk one-way. No hot water shower but normally then sun is hot enough all year long so you'll survive it witouth.

Victoria' beach house won't dissapoint you. The owner and is family are super friendly and make you feel welcome from the first moment. The deck is super nice for a relaxing afternoon and a few meters further in de sea there's a beautifull reef to snorkel. Room was very comfortabel and clean.

Roger and his family were absolutely amazing! Roger helped me a lot getting me to the airport and running other errands and was a great support. He even made a small breakfast. Very kind, helpful and genuine family who really want their guests to be happy!!

The property is close to the main road so I was able to listen to the noisy cars.
