“The house is very comfortable and has all necessary ammenities. It is also super clean. The host is friendly and responsive. We were welcomed by her parents who live nearby. They do not speak English but it is not a problem at all - if there is any issue, they solve it immadiately. besides, you can always text the host who responses right away. The neighbourhood is really peaceful and there is no traffic at all in the tiny street where the house is located. The nearest beaches are located within 10-12 minute drive. “The location is peaceful, there is a restaurant next door. The countryside is all around you. There is a local shop for essential supplies. We had a motorcycle so it was easy to drive 15-20km to explore beaches. There are supermarkets 4-5km away in town. The host is super helpful and kind. I highly recommend this location for it's tranquility.”
“It was a nice holiday for a big family! Big thanks to Claudio he was very friendly and helped us about everything! Very polite owner! We did also liked location and villa itself, far but again not to far from town of Labin and beautiful beaches in a village of Rabac which is only 3 kilometres away from Labin. Villa got also very nice swimming pool which was a big plus and addition for a kids, cos they have spent a lot of time in it playing and swimming. In Villa you got everything you need while you stay there,the shops are also not to far from Villa 10-15 minutes drive by car. All in all we had very pleasant stay at Villa Jadran and we will be definitely back again some time in a future! Thanks Claudio!!!”
