We did not really enjoy the jacuzzi/sauna but it is a nice service to offer. Everything else was perfect, we all wished we could have stayed longer.

The room was extremely spacious, including a large terrace, so for 4 people we felt extremely comfortable. The beds were excellent too. We ate twice in the restaurant and both the service and the food were outstanding. We reserved the Spa/Jacuzzi area for 2 hours, but the jacuzzi was not hot enough for us to enjoy it and the sauna was too hot. We also had massages which were very relaxing (50eur for 1h). The location is perfect for access to the park Entrance 1. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain the different routes to take in the park and where to eat. The best place we stayed on our whole trip to Croatia (and best deal).

the advertised hot tub was in a very small enclosed closet. to use it, you would have to make an appointment and pay 30 eu to have it filled.

room was very large and very clean with comfortable beds, spa robes, and lovely deck. the breakfast buffet is great. they put out sandwich supplies you can pack for the waterfall trip (bring a baggie) The trout and local appetizer plate were the best things on the dinner menu.

Not far away from a road that seemed to be a favoured route for HGV’s so some background noise but ok at night.

- Shame you need to pay and book in advance for the sauna and hot tub - Waiter in the restaurant said we needed to pay for bottled water and couldn't drink the tap water even though we'd spent 10 days in Croatia drinking tap water (thought this was odd)

- Helpful reception staff that advised on routes in the park - Great selection of dishes in the restaurant and good value for money - All hotel and rooms were very clean - Pool was a great place to relax after a day in the park

Wine was pricey!

Nice hotel near Plitvice National Park with excellent facilities/ we stayed in a good size family suite with separate bedrooms and a balcony. Food at the restaurant was very nice.

Just minor observation: very hard bed mattress and high pillows. To have an another set of small pillows would be nice.

Nice and quite area, EV charger, safe parking places,pool, perfect restaurant for fair prices. We are thinking to visit NP Plitvicka jezera during fall and use this accommodation again.

The coffee in the room has cream and sugar in the packets premixed. Didn’t work for our dietary needs and couldn’t get regular coffee until 7am.

the service, Sandra at reception was fabulous telling us the best way to visit the Lakes. Our evening meal was great, and recommendations for wine from the staff also great. The whole hotel is new, spotless and 10/10!

We have dinner at the restaurant that was very nice, but we have a couple smoking in the table close to us. They should have left for not letting the smoke getting directly to us but this might also be controlled by restaurant staff.
