The one and only negative is that the bathroom has a glass/mirror partition which for some individuals may be uncomfortable due to the limited privacy. It is definitely an individual preference. I will say having spent 21 days in Croatia at 7 different properties, half had similar modern structural design features - definitely an architectural trend, but it should be noted.

The property could not be more perfectly situated just off the Main Street in the center of Dubrovnik old town, with a lovely restaurant/bar next door. You only need climb four steps to get to the entrance so don’t worry about your luggage. Although they do not have an elevator in the building, the flights are small and they have a luggage lift so you do not have to carry your suitcases up!!! “G” checked me in upon arrival and could not have been more gracious, helping me manage even putting my suitcase into the lift. He made an excellent restaurant recommendation, Arsenal, where I had a wonderful meal with very good service. The room itself, and the property overall, is completely newly renovated. There was music playing in the evening from the café downstairs but it promptly ended by 10:30 PM and I got a wonderful night’s rest (Saturday). The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, combo feather and foam pillows, and the bathroom was brand new and extremely well appointed; they provided toiletries, shower caps, hairdryer, and even slippers and bathrobes!!!, very elegant touch. I cannot say enough great things about this property. As a final touch, at checkout, since you have to walk outside the city gate to catch Uber, “G” was at the front when I left, and walked me all the way outside the Pile Gate to catch my Uber because he didn’t want me to have to push my suitcase, even though doing that is part of the Dubrovnik Old Town experience, such a gentleman. Karla, the manager was quite helpful, responding promptly to all my texts and sent a very thorough email with tips and recommendations for Dubrovnik. In all, my stay was perfect and I am sorry it was only one night. I would thoroughly have enjoyed staying there longer, and will do so again when I return to magical Dubrovnik.

Everything was great.

Great location in the heart of Dubrovnik. Staff is very friendly and professional, rooms are comfortable and decorated with lots of taste. I'd surely recommend this hotel to couple coming to Dubrovnik for a weekend getaway. You'd hardly find a better value for money option.

Please note that the hotel is located in the centre of the old town, very close to the bars and restaurants, so there may be noise, but you can check the hotel's website when you book.

Super comfy bed, very clean room and bathroom, really lovely decor, very friendly and informative staff, they gave lots of useful tips e.g. places to eat, visit, day trips.

The bathroom was different… it effectively had opaque Perspex walls which meant turning on the light in the bathroom lit up the whole room. But it also meant you could hear everything happening in the bathroom… there were well-placed mirrors to ensure you couldn’t see everything but you could still see a lot!

An amazing location in the Old Town with everything minutes away. A very cool boutique hotel with fantastic appliances - we’ve already ordered the kettle for home! Nice touches with hair straighteners, robes, etc. And very helpful staff!

A recently opened, very well appointed small hotel just off Stradun. Very nice mix of modern (good quality) and old. Attention to detail is evident everywhere. We just needed a place for a night (morning flight), but this ended up being a very nice surprise. We would happily go back for a couple of days. Lovely staff.

Staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. Wonderful location easy to access all sites. Very Quiet hotel. Newly opened and has all the modern amenities one is looking for. Beach towels were even provided for a wonderful swim at nearby beaches. You won't be disappointed staying here.

My husband and I stayed at the 7oaks Noble House during our visiting to the stunning city October 9th to 14th. This very new and beautifully furnished boutique hotel in the old town is a 30 second walk from Stradun; Dubrovnik’s main street and is incredibly well located for a fantastic choice of bars and restaurants. A great bakery less than a minute away is open 24 hours and perfect to grab a quick bite before those early morning trips. Our host Karla was in touch before our holiday and shared with us many tips for restaurants, sights and the great value of the Dubrovnik city pass if you plan to walk the city walls. Our room was gorgeous. Bed very comfortable. Air conditioning, good wifi, samsung TV, kettle coffee maker, hair dryer, hair straighteners and all Ritual branded shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Everything you could possibly need and more. Room cleaned every day. This hotel was truly perfect and the very best possible location to explore Dubrovnik. Thank you Karla and team for the great experience. I do not believe you could find a better located hotel anywhere in Dubrovnik.

The property was in an amazing location, a very easy walk to all Dubrovnik has to offer. The room was comfortable, and we slept amazing every night. There was a lot of thought out into the space and it shows!
