We had a fantastic experience from the first moment to the last. The customer service is on the level of Kempinski or Hayatt. The nice rooms and impeccable breakfast add to a simply perfect stay.

Parking in underground garage only via car lift possible. Very difficult to get in and out of the lift box with a bigger car. Pity, will not book again because of parking problem.

The Hotel is located very close to the bus station, so it was very easy to get around with public transport. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable.

The room was very clean and well equipped. The staffs were so kind that she even made a reservation of our dinner on our behalf when we struggled with talking on the phone in Croatian language. We are very thankful for her kindness!

Not recommended if you have light sleep. The noise from the cars on the street is constant and it is difficult to sleep well. You cannot open the windows as well for fresh air during the night because of the noise. This is not a big issue for short stay but might be a problem for longer stays. The air condition in the bathroom was extremely loud, might be broken.

The staff was really amazing. They were always willing to help with any questions that we had. One of the days we needed to leave before the breakfast time so they packed amazing breakfast for us to have on our way. There was a parking spot right in front of the front door which luckily was always free. Otherwise, parking is possible on the street or in underground garage(10euro/day). There is a supermarket nearby as well as public transport to the center. The rooms were very nicely decorated and cozy.

Overall the staff was very welcoming. However, taking omelet or fried eggs orders from the guests for breakfast should be improved. Since you have the signs on the tables, you should either ask the guest if this is something they would like to order or be visibly available to the guests. We had to literally go to the reception, for two consecutive days, to place our omelet orders. I think some guests perhaps did not place orders because of this issue. This is a shame since the omelet tasted very very nice! The coffee from the machine was also very tasty, however the different coffee cups on the machine did not show what types of coffe one could choose from (latte, cappuccino etc).

The room and cleanliness was very good. Omelet or fried eggs available to order at breakfast is a welcome and unique offer. Free parking at close proximity of the hotel is just perfect. Welcoming staff.

The A/C did not function properly on the first night, so the heating was not entirely sufficient to fully warm-up the room. It was fixed the next day and caused no major inconvinience for me.

The hotel has a very nice bright entrance and is fairly easy to access from the main roads. It is across the streat from the main bus station and the tram station, where you can catch a direct line 6 to the main city square. The staff was very friendly and quite professional. The room, including the bathroom, was rather comfortable. The sheets, towels and other most important parts were spotlessly clean. The breakfast might not be the best one I have ever tried, particularly not for the price, but was well above the standard of a boutique hotel.
