The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood close to the old town, therefore making it the ideal choice. The rooms are nicely decorated, very clean and equipped with all the items a traveler might want. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, while the breakfast-dinning area is very nice. The outside-terrace area allowed us to enjoy our evening drinks. I would definitely choose it in my next visit to Zadar!!

The only drawback is the lack of parking, the hotel is located in an estate of blocks of flats so there are no places to park. The staff were very nice and allowed parking right next to the stairs but unfortunately the car had to be put back in the morning. This is the only drawback

No direct access for car to the lobby. Car need to park at any parking spots available around the hotel.luggage will need to be drag a little to the hotel. No concierge services.

A think a Little bit expensive - the same price will be cost good Hotel with breakfast in Paris, Amsterdam, Barcelona or 5* in Warsaw but its a Zadar low season, near with old socialistic block sleeping district... Restaurant with price Paris, Madrid or Geneva without any view on sundown and sea..

The hotel is located in the residential area. Don't expect a view. Parking might be a problem. For off-season the price could have been a bit cheaper.

There is no hotel reserved parking so good luck finding a parking spot. Yes, you can park in the nearby side alleys or streets but when you carry luggage it might be a problem. We were lucky that both times we arrived at only parking lot, which was full, someone was leaving so we took that parking place.

The room is relatively small but cozy. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast consists of usual hotel food, but the dining room is warm and nice. Many non hotel guests (couples or families) visit the hotel for lunch which I really liked.

I didn't like the surroundings of the hotel. (Neglected buildings in the neighborhood) There was hard to find park place.

The breakfast was excellent. The hotel inside was new, elegant, and very clean. i liked that it was close to the old town.

Everything was great and we are very satisfied with our stay at the hotel. If there was time, we would have stayed longer. The kind employee at the reception moved us to a better room with a double bed for the same price. The breakfast was rich and versatile. I recommend that you also try lunch at their restaurant because they have a daily menu. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the city center and the nearest beach.

Unfortunately, despite booking a late check-out option, the hotel staff forgot about it. Consequently, the power in my room was switched off 2 hours earlier than it should have been. When I approached the reception to inquire about this, the girl attending was rather rude, stating that it meant I should leave without even checking my booking details. Although her colleague later checked and apologized for the oversight, the experience left a negative impression, and I chose not to stay any longer at the hotel

I recently stayed at this brand new hotel, which offered a clean and comfortable experience. The breakfast, while standard, was excellent. The hotel's location is nearly central within the city, although parking around the facility can be challenging due to its placement within a residential area. Fortunately, I found free parking just a short 2-3 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, especially accommodating our needs with our baby and providing a kinderbed. Overall, it was a delightful stay
