The hotel is wonderful. The food is excellent. I would single out the friendly staff and overall service. The cleanliness of the hotel and its surroundings is impeccable. A big plus are the swimming pools and the tennis courts.

The restaurant options outside of the hotel are minimal and/or require a drive. The food at the restaurant is either a buffet or a more pricey menu. The menu options were great, but if you want to eat off the property the food is not as good nearby. The closest restaurant I found, that I LOVED, was Bota Sare in Mali Ston - I would recommend to anyone. However, it requires a cab drive, it's not walkable.

Beds were a bit too hard. The doors of the rooms had a mechanism to close them automatically and that made the doors very heavy. Also the room doors are not well isolated so you hear EVERYTHING from the corridor, people talking, opening and closing other doors and etc. Even if they put us in a calm place at the hotel it was loud when people passed.

how clean it was! Big room, very good facilities. Amazing beach and pool. Amazing view. It really is the best destination to go and relax, enjoy time in a couple or go with a small group of friends.

Not a thing..this is a great hotel in a beautiful small village.

Loved the room with the balcony overlooking the harbor of Slano. Bed was extremely comfortable, fast WiFi. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. Also loved the indoor pool and hot tub.

Our third time to stay at the hotel and this time as it was our first return to slano since we married here, before the coronavirus pandemic, the hotel went above and beyond by upgrading our room and providing a complimentary bottle of wine. We were thrilled so thanks very much. We had a lovely one night stay at the resort sunbathing by the sea for a full day and enjoying the spa for the evening.

Would have been nice to get water in the room everyday. Got one bottle on arrival but no more over the 6 days. We had a family suite which states two bedrooms and lounge with pull out bed. There were 5 of us but only one shower. I thought the bedrooms were ensuite but not.

Generally very good, breakfast was just OK for a 5 star but nice to sit outside right by the sea. The room was great with great views and balcony.

Everything was perfect. The comfort of the rooms, the staff, food, just everything. Our baby got a fever on the second day after our arrival and the staff helped us a lot and made us feel comfortable and safe!

Fantastic location in vicinity of Slano marina and heart of this small place. Beautiful beach just in front of the hotel, and amazing dinner in the sunset - just beautiful. We were well received and we enjoyed our stay, even for very brief time - just one night.

- Not 5* but rather a 4* hotel with 3* food - Very mediocre food buffet (diner) with very little variation, no a la carte dining and no lunch available - Bad coffee (via machine with powder!!!) and no fresh juices (concentrated from machine) - No room service - Bar closed already at 22:00 hrs - Understaffed, so no/limited serving outdoors: get your drinks yourselves at the the bar.... - Finnish sauna and Jacuzzi at the Spa were out of order - No coffee/ tea available in the room - Ironing device only available upon request and not standaard in the room

1st: Reception personnel was mostly unfriendly and unhelpful. In check-out day we asked 30min more in room for manage with two small kids. Reception just swich off lights in room in 11:00AM and say us get out immideatly. 2nd: when we searching hotel we looking hotel with spa. On booking was not any remarks that spa is only over 16 year. So we hunting every day to get acces to spa with kids. 3rd: room cleaning was piir Ptobably never come back to this hotel. NB! Breakfast and pool bar personell was excepent and wery helpfull.

it feels like a prison not a vacation destination. the staff was not friendly at all. not accommodating at all. the hotel is so over priced and doesn’t deserve more than 3 stars.

Breakfast is quite simple and everyone eats burnt omelets. The cook had great trouble preparing an omelet or some eggs. There is only fresh glass in the dispenser. We asked for help with some softer pillows because the ones in the room were incredibly strong and we were told that they only have one kind of straight pillow for which my little girl slept on a packed summer quilt because the pillow was impossible to use. The guys on the beach who should have helped you with umbrellas and sunbeds didn't do that. I needed an umbrella and he sent me to pick it up by pointing my finger at it because they had something important to discuss with each other.

We were there 13 years ago when it was nearly open and it was amazing. This time, when we come back we found a hotel far away from a 5 stars hotel. The location is awesome and the beach is in front of the hotel this was the reason why we return after a long time because the sea golf image remained in our mind as amazing. The cost for the services is very high so there is no value for money and no services of 5 stars. The room is very big and clean with a big balcony where you have 2 chairs and a table. The bathroom is very big. In fact we had 2 bathroom for our Suite with Balcony and Side Sea View. One with just toilette and a sink and the master bathroom with bathtub. A plus was the air conditioner with separate controls for every room.
