Not much. The bed was a little soft for my liking, but that is more of a preference.

The staff and old world service was exceptional. We ran into an issue transiting from Zagreb to Salzburg at the end of our stay. The front-end receptionist/concierge spent a considerable amount of time resolving the issue for us and calling the train station to ensure we were taken care of. Not only did they help with the end of our trip, but we were welcomed with a delicious cocktail upon our arrival and the included breakfast was significantly above average. Many hotels could learn from the Hotel Capital's dedication and service. Additionally, the hotel was clean and comfortable in a charming historic building.

Evening meal options were limited but tasty. The restaurant was very very quiet.

The staff were helpful the minute we walked through the door, from parking our car, carrying suitcases to our room and service in general. Car was parked for us although we did have to pay a daily fee.

1. Bit expensive, we felt. The restaurant esp - while the food is good - is v v expensive. Is a 4 star hotel with 3 star prices. 2. Coffee machine was awful 3. Iron/ironing board not in room - but provided promptly on request. No laundry or room service. 4. No pool.

Beautiful building and room. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Valet available. Great luxury touches with robes and personal notes. Bar was well stocked and a great place for drinks. Staff organised breakfast boxes for our early departure.

the room was not very clean: dust on the window sill, red liquid stain on the floor and some stains in the bathroom as well.

beautiful 100-year old renovated bank, it has real art deco charm. a real gem. new fitness room was also highly appreciated. breakfast was delicious.

The room was a bit cramped in the working space area, but that's to be expected due to the size of the room in an older property. Compared to other hotels I've stayed in, I also found the service to be a bit cold and not as friendly as other places. It's a classy place, so many it was just more formal than I've experienced elsewhere.

Beautiful historic hotel in an amazing building, old world charm with modern conveniences. Excellent location as well. My bed was super comfy, the room was really comfortable too and clean. What I loved most was just the ambience of the hotel, they've left beautiful touches of a bygone era, so it was very enjoyable from that aspect. Lightning fast wifi too as well as a tasty breakfast!

Breakfast wasn't great, good, but not great!

After having to complain about the first room they gave us, they excelled with the 2nd room. Very gorgeous, clean, quality hotel. Superb location for a city visit. Great noise insulation from the bustling city. Comfy beds. Overall, a very nice visit.

The staff is very professional and attentive to the needs of the guests. They create very relaxed, friendly atmosphere in the hotel. The room was superb. Despite the tram lines being under the windows, you hear very little outside noise. I also loved the attention to details in the rooms.

The breakfast was marvelous. We have a saying in Turkish - only bird milk was missing - that explains everything. The staff was very helpful, polite and we were very happy with our stay. Thank you Hotel Capital.
