Unfortunately we were not told there was a wedding party that night so the restaurant in the hotel was shut to all guests. The staff put us in a room furthest from the disco, which continued until 4am. Only blackout curtains at windows in bedroom so you must undress with care if you wish to have natural light. Windows are to the floor.

Located near shopping area in east side of Zagreb. Big bedrooms and spacious bathrooms.

Now the reason I gave this hotel a low rating was because I called the hotel before booking asking about parking which I was told no problem for van and trailer and it was not busy. The car park was packed but I managed to park across the front of the hotel. And they had a wedding going on which was really noisy until 02.00am add to the fact my room was opposite a petrol station I literally had no sleep.

We came to rest and sleep after a long journey, with a small child. We saw that there was a very big and grandiose wedding in the hotel restaurant. When I approached the reception, I asked to cancel our reservation, we were told that we cannot cancel. Wedding music played until 06.00 in the morning. We didn't sleep all night, it was VERY loud!!! I do not recommend!

All impressions were spoiled by a loud wedding in the restaurant.

There was a wedding party the night we stayed and it lasted until 3 am. The possibility of parties with loud music during weekends is mentioned under ‘important information’, but we missed it when booking. Even though the rooms are sound proof and we had ventilation on we could hear the music as it was very loud and we could not sleep. I was not even asked how our stay was during checkout. I definitely do not recommend staying at this hotel during weekends.

We were poisoned by the soup we eated in the hotel. Both of us hard serious food poisoning, except that soup we didn’t eat anything that day. The staff ignored that information though it was obvious they agree the problem was the soup. Besides that they didn’t say sorry and we even had to pay for that soup. The trip was spoiled, we are still very exhausted and very frustrated with the hotel and the staff. Highly don’t recommend the hotel and especially food there.

When we entered, the room smelled like cigarettes. Also, the breakfast is not mind blowing - coffee is not good.

The rooms were quite big and spacious. The bathroom was very clean.

We chose this hotel because it has a restaurant and we didn't want to venture out to eat after a long day on the road. Croatia as a whole is not generally well known for its cuisine and, despite staying in Zagreb several times per year, I have never found a restaurant to which I would make a point of returning. However, the restaurant in this hotel is absolutely appalling and in my decades of travelling the world and eating in restaurants this one numbers in the top 10 worst of all time. If you stay in this hotel, you will find it very comfortable, but do not, under any circumstances, eat in the restaurant other than breakfast.

The location is convenient for an overnight stopover on a long journey. The hotel itself is modern and clean with friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is good.

There was a wedding in the hotel. There was loud life music until early in the morning. The stuff could warn us earlier about this so that we consider change of dates. The parking lot was also too crowdy.

Very friendly stuff, comfortable rooms and beds. If you travel with kids, there are comfortable doors between the rooms - just ask for them.

The hotel is recently renovated and very modern designed. Room was very clean, bed comfortable, breakfast decent and staff (specially the lady at reception, unfortunately I forgot her name) a m a z i n g! P/Q vise perfect!

We asked for a vegan breakfast beforehand and the hotel replied that they'll accommodate our request. Unfortunately, the only vegan breakfast option was marmalade and some fruit. We are not even sure about the bread. When we queried this with the restaurant staff they said that what's offered as part of the buffet is the only option but hesitantly checked with the kitchen if they can prepare something else. The kitchen kindly agreed to make something for us but we got tofu fried on the same oil as bacon. The tofu smelled and tasted like bacon. After that we just gave up and found some breakfast elsewhere. The restaurant staff was genuinely not interested in any requests beyond the standard buffet they had on offer and they looked annoyed that they even have to ask the chef to prepare something for us. At least the receptionist apologised for the situation but that provides no comfort. I have expected more for the price. This was a big disappointment and the attitude the restaurant staff had was unacceptable. Furthermore, it was disappointing that the restaurant doesn't know how to prepare vegan food. Be cautious if you have any allergies.
