A minor flaw, but the music was too loud in the restaurant during breakfast.

Excellent hotel with friendly and helpful staff. It was ideal for our needs, as we were meeting friends nearby. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet.

The Breakfast is amazing, a few god restaurants in 5 min walking distance, very close to main road, therefore easy to get to the hotel. Parking around the hotel is for free, alternatively there is parking in the parking garage for an ok price

The staff are very friendly, many options for breakfast, the hotel is very well located, with parking in front, very close to supermarkets, shopping malls, very close to the center. The hotel has a pool, and gym, everything is very clean.

One of the best hotels I have ever been. The breakfast was great with a big variety and had some local dishes as well. The room was big and very clean. Unfortunately we didn't have the time to use the wellness area as we stayed only for one night. Looking forward to coming again!

Water and coffee on request. Present time in many hotels, coffee automatic machines and water in bottles are available for self-service. This can be changed. It is a cheap investment for the hotel guests .

We arried very late. Fast registration at the reception. Large rooms , very clean and very well soundproofed windows. Breakfast with lots of choice. Tasty. Good quality wifi . Convenient parking.

Distance from city centre: beware taxi prices and drivers, as you may lose a lot of money, if you do not ask in advance about the fees

Receptionist was very warm, but complete professional. He found the exact balance how to make as welcome and at the same time he did not bother us by marketing speech and useless waiting at the reception. I'll hire him to my place in a minute.

Staff were very friendly, and welcoming, and if you need something they always welcome to help out (transfers, covid tests, etc) Breakfast is good.Their food is delicious, I couldn’t wait for morning to come to have their breakfast (included in the price!).

This was a substitute from booking for the first object where there was a power outage. Even though they said it was an upgraded room it is in the round part of the hotel which is the closest to the main traffic road, relly noisy. The glass is not completly windproof. They let people take mobile phones in the spa and sauna area which is a no go. Additionaly, the room had a heavy cigarete smoke stench, and the carpet and sofa in the room had stenches. Breakfast is far from 4star hotel, had better ones in lower star hotels. What can be seen is lack of personel and organisation in the restaurant in the morning. I have never seen so far that chef is roaming through already served ham on plates to take ingridients for omlet to serve a guest. Apparent lack of restaurant organisation, from I could see as a guest because of lack of staff. They looked really spread and tired and trying to do their best. So it is time for the owners of the hotel to invest some money in housekeeping and more staff if they want to keep those stars running.

The staff was very friendly and tryied to accomodate us to the best of their abbilities.
