Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ItalyA couple of bottles of water should be offered in the room. The spa was ok, but there's no fitness center nor a gym. Breakfast is just fine and could offer a wider assortment.
Comfortable hotel with very spacious, clean rooms, The design was probably modern at the time of opening or restyling but shows its age. Location is ok for doing business outside of the city.

SloveniaIn the hotel garage there should be the posibility to charge the electric car (2 places). None of them worked. When we informed the reception about the problem (and then later also the person in garage) she said that this has nothing to do with the hotel. Nobody can (or will or were able to) help us, so we have to drive the car to another place.
Hotel is great, room and bathroom were big, well equiped. A lot of additional services available (like restaurant, bar, spa, parking...). Very good breakfast.

RomaniaNothing comes to mind. Everything was really good. Maybe the location of the hotel was too far from the city centre, so if you plan to visit a lot, maybe search for something closer to the city centre. P.S. I didn't use the spa facilities so I really can't give a review of those aspects.
Every member of the staff was very polite, professional, well prepared to answer questions. The room was very clean, tidy, and big considering it was a standard double room. The breakfast was amazing, lots of options to choose from. The roof of the hotel is accessible and you have such an amazing view of Zagreb, especially at night. Overall, everything one could expect from a 4 star-hotel.
