No elevator, not recommended to people with huge luggages.

The owners are super helpful and kind! and the apartment is small but super clean it has everything. Beach is only 10 minutes away by foot, supermarket is right in front of the building, close to the center but in a calm residence zone.

Everything is great!

We visited Zadar many times and I can say for sure that it was the best apartment ever. Location: you are close to the sea and Kolovare beach (5-7 minutes walk), and you live almost in the old city (you can see yachts from the window), such location in Zadar often costs much more than Zara apartment, the apartment was very clean, we had everything that we needed, even coffee machine with capsules and all needs for bathroom, owners are the best, they are always in connection, very friendly people, I recommend everyone to stay here

We really enjoyed our stay. The accomodation is close to the city center, next to it is a public parking (about 4€ per day), a small bakery is around the corner and a big supermarket is only 2 minutes away. The room was cleaned up and had everything we could wish for. The communication with the hosts was excellent, he even helped us carrying our luggage to the accomodation (5th floor).

Good to know: Apartment is on the fifth floor. But there is no elevator in this building. It is an old building, it looks a bit run-down from the outside. But the apartment itself is impeccable.

Nicely renovated, clean, neat, very well equipped apartment on the top floor. Public parking in front of the building. Ideally situated, close to the old city Center of Zadar, the port and small cosy beach. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

We loved the apartment! It's on a fifth floor without elevator, but 100% worth it! Ivana was super nice, and helped us out when our arrival got delayed. The apartment is great, very clean, well equipped, comfortable and we loved the design and the terrace. Also, it's not even 10min walking to the old town center and next to a mall with a super market so you can get everything you need. If we ever go back to Zadar, we'd definitely go there again :)

The apartment felt really cozy. The location was excelent, as it was close to the beach and city center. And the host was really nice, wellcoming and willing to help. So I would really recomend this place.

The host was fantastically helpful, taking upstairs both of our luggage (there are 5 flights of stairs). The apartment is clean and in a great location, just 400 mt from the old town. Parking is available and free, which is amazing in Zadar

Its 5th floor by stairs, no lift available. if you taking room like us, please be noticed it’s only room available without the kitchen. But there is a small table to put kettle and cups with two chairs.

AC could of been placed somewhere else not above the bed.

As we spent there only 1 night and most of the time we were outdoors then there is nothing much to say. It’s a good place where to spend 1-2 nights, cause for longer trips you might need a kitchen but for short term its very good. Clean and good prepared. There was some free cookies and tea, but we didn’t really had time to try them. Good communication.

I would recommend installing a small fridge, it could be very nice! You don't hear neighbours much, but maybe noisy neighbours could be a problem if they make a noise in the shared area behind the apartment's doors.

Very good place! Ten minutes from the old city, 15 minutes to the beach. A great option for this money! All my requests were satisfied and I'm happy that I stayed here. All the best!
