How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The bed was comfortable but very noisy when you move around.
airport pickup & close to airport, very friendly owners, very clean & perfect for a solo traveler; there was a restaurant within a 10 min walk which was great :)

Very nice and spacious apartment. Perfect for overnight stay near airport. Vladimir is very good host. He is very prompt and responsive for any query He dropped us to Zagreb airport at 3:30 AM for very early morning flight. That is very nice of him and we appreciate that.

Personally, I don't like soft mattresses, but the bed was big and there was an additional duvet.
The host was really helpful and kind. We were allowed late checkout, which was very much appreciated. The apartment is very clean and its position is great, as it only takes you 5 mins ride to the airport.

It felt like being at home. The house was welcoming and super comfortable, very close to the airport for our early flight. Great host. About 30 minutes bus ride to the city centre.

loved everything
Large comfortable modern apartment (much bigger than it looks in the photos), with a really friendly and helpful host and plenty of amenities including a private parking spot just outside. Located only 10 minutes from Zagreb airport. We stayed here on our final day in Croatia, and Vladmir very kindly picked us up from the airport after we dropped off our rental car, and very kindly dropped us to the airport at 4am the next day. He is a real gentleman and I would recommend his apartment whether you are staying for a short or long time in Zagreb.

everything was great
We booked the flat for one night before an early morning flight. The location is perfect and very close to the airport (max 10 min by car) if you are looking for a good night’s sleep and to avoid Zagreb traffic to the airport - than this is the place for you. In addition - the host is very friendly and drove us to the airport the morning. The property is spacious and clean - and the bed sheets smell amazing (great softener choice!)

All was good
Excellent service. We were picked up from aeroport in the middle of the night by exceptionally professional owner of the apartment. The apartment was clean, towels and extra bedding prepared. Lovely stay.

No complaints- it was a great experience.
Our experience staying at Apartment Anna was excellent from start to finish. Vladimir was a wonderful host and truly went above and beyond to ensure we had transportation. Our flight was delayed so we arrived much later than anticipated. Vladimir was very patient, and kindly picked us up from the airport even with all of the changes. The apartment was very clean and quiet, which we needed as we were leaving early the next morning. Vladimir drove us back to the airport at 4:45 AM which we were so grateful for. I would highly recommend staying at this location. When we return to Croatia, we will definitely be booking Apartment Anna again.

The host picked us from the airport. He was extremely friendly and hospitable, gave us very good tips about the trip, overval made an excellent first impression of the country. The apartment is spacious for 4 people. Will definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place near Zagreb airport.

Vlad was an amazing host. I let him know in advance I would be flying to Zagreb airport and needed to be picked up. He also arranged to drop me off early at 6am the next morning to catch my flight out. It is about 10 min drive to the airport so I did not feel rushed or stressed at all. Staying here was perfect for catching my flight ! Vlad is very friendly , I liked how clean everything was.

The combination of the location on a busy street and a neighbor blasting music until 4:00 am made it difficult to sleep.
The owner was very communicative and helpful. He offers a free ride to or from the airport, which is about a 15 minute drive. The apartment was large and clean.
