There is absolutely nothing to not like about the property.

The location is amazing in the quiet nature, just 7 mins drive from the Plitvice National Park. The owners are super nice, happy and very helpful people. Zivan suggested some awesome routes for hiking around the lakes and some gorgeous view points. The property itself is very tastefully decorated with everything essential and very clean.

The owner, his wife and staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. They were very generous with their time to give advice on the local area ( and other parts of Croatia). The property was modern, with all the necessary amenities. Our room had a terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside. The food we had for dinner was extremely tasty and good value. The property was very close to the National Park. The property had ample on-site parking. The nearby village had a couple of shops if you need any basis necessities or an ATM.

Lovely owner who went out of his way to make our stay very comfortable. Very large apartment with all you required for preparing food. Nice view from the deck. We didn’t eat in the restaurant there as we prepared our own meals but I’m sure it would have been very good. 10/10 also for the local intel on where to go in the national park to avoid the crowds, this is worth booking this apartment! Just do it!

Nothing at all

Everything about this property was was welcoming and charming. The apartment was modern and comfortable and well appointed; the common areas outside and in the dining area were really lovely as well with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. Our host offered home cooked dinner as well as a full breakfast (additional cost, but well worth it). Also our host was extremely helpful with his own personal map and guidance tips as how best to view and enjoy Plitvice National Park.

Very welcoming host. Among others he will give you precious advice about your hike in Plitvice lakes. The place is just fantastic, large apartment with everything you can need, large balcony with a beautiful sight. Everything modern decorated and clean.

Amazing apartment near Plitvice lake. Hosts are very helpful and we enjoyed every moment of our stay at the apartment. Zivan and Tony helped us out in getting a lost baggage in the FlixBus. I really appreciate all the help they offered during our stay. Food cooked by the family is delicious and we had sumptuous meal for two nights. Views from the apartment are breathtaking and we had a good time m. overall highly recommend the apartment.

nothing. not a single thing could’ve been changed for the better

the rooms were well organized and comfortable with all the expected accoutrements. The property was located in a gorgeous area with an outdoor dining area that overlooked the cutest little valley. But the real highlight were our hosts. not only were we offered meals every night with local wine pairings, but we were told insider information for our tour of plitvice falls. every moment of our experience was touched on and expanded by the host and made our stay in plitvice a true highlight of our trip.

Amazing place, apartments fully equiped, room was heated already - very comfortable as we arrived in the late afternoon and it was already cold outside. Special thanks to the owner - Mr. Živan who is awesome host, very helpful and nice, shared his great tips for our visit of Plitvica Lakes. We were even able to sit on the terrace in the outdoor blanket in the evening and enjoy a bottle of delicious red wine from local producer. Highly recommended!

The host was extremely nice and helpful. Gave us useful tips for our trip to Plitvice Park. Two members of our family have Celiac and the third is Vegan. The host made us an exceptional tasty dinner for all our dietary needs. At breakfasts there was a great variety for all of us, including gluten free bread for the Celiacs. We could not wish for more. Everything was perfect.
