Property was ideally situated for us, close to lots of local amenities - bars/shops etc and a short walk to Lidl if you need a bigger range of things. It is also a really lovely walk down to central Zadar around 25 minutes or a very quick 4€ bolt if you don’t fancy the walk. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a lovely balcony that overlooked the pool and kitchen area ( which was such a nice feature ) another guest cooked us lunch one afternoon. The pool is clean and well maintained and in general this is just a really great place to stay, we have stayed in a few places in zadar and this was by our favourite. The owner was super friendly and on the first day I was looking for a laundromat and they very graciously offered to do it for me. If I was coming back to Zadar I would look at trying to book here again.

Met on arrival by owner Robert who was friendly and helpful. Good sized, clean air conditioned apartment. Small pool area which was pleasant and not overly busy. Short walk to shops, bars and restaurants.

The room had a kettle, but no tea and coffee were replenished daily or room cleaned daily. Don't know if this is custom in Croatia hotels. Bed was 2 single mattresses, not very comfortable . Toiletries from other people in the room, which I don't think is very hygienic as advertised toiletries but other people's that they left. It's not something I'd want to use.

It was a good size and lovely room. The host was very helpful and kind. It's about a 25-minute walk to old town. Good air conditioning. Pool was lovely . Quite a quirky place. Enjoyed our 7 day trip.

Everything went well. We were welcomed greatly, and everyone was kind. The room itself was nice and well equipped. We liked the swimming pool, after a long walking day it was great! Also, it was quite close to the airport and the old town. Might just need to walk a little more to reach the beaches.

We loved the location and how calm and quiet the guest house was. The pool area was lovely and all the facilities were easily accessible. It was a quick walk to local shops and into the old town with plenty of options for dinners out. The accommodation itself was clean and spacious. The owner who checked us in was lovely and informative and we used his advice a lot during our stay! We would definitely recommend to others.

We had a fabulous day. We were a family of three who travelled with friends as a family of four. It had everything we needed from towels to hairdryers to leftover toiletries. So when we ran out of suntan lotion, there was some there. Robert was an amazing host, allowed us to use the swimming pool and store our luggage on the last day when our flight wasn’t until the evening, there’s a kettle and fridge in the room. It’s about a 20 minute walk into Zadar old town with lots of shops for the kids to have ice cream is en route. I would highly recommend.

Could just do with a toaster. 😁 Watch out for Taxi drivers robbers. Agree on a price before you go anywhere. Nothing to do with the property though.

6 and 1 Child. We had the whole first floor. Rooms all spacious and very clean. Air conditioning in every apartment worked perfectly on such hot days. Pool was great and most of the time had to ourselves. Used the Bbq area one evening which was great fun. On arrival we had long delays. Owners had got us in essentials so we could all have food and drink. Thank you so much.

Lovely modern, clean and comfortable room. We didn't opt for an apartment as we were only staying 3 nights but we had a fridge and kettle provided which was ideal. There is also a lovely eating area with cutlery and crockery by the beautiful pool. Robert the host was extremely helpful, providing airport transfer and lots of info on the area. Its a pleasant walk into the old town and we used the famous boatmen for the last bit across the water which was fab. Definitely recommend this accommodation.

The accommodation was as it appeared on the website - roomy and clean and the pool area was lovely. The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful and were always happy to recommend restaurants etc when asked. Would definitely go back.
