Great and friendly host. We travelled with bikes through Parenzana and the host was super nice to store them through the night in a locked storage room so we didn't have to worry about bikes. We basicly stayed only 1 night but the experience was awesome. Very charismatic host and for what we were looking for best value or money. Clean bed, hot shower. Everything you need.

Nothing really, it’s a quiet area & was perfect for me. You can hear others walking around in the the accompanying studios as floorboards are creaky (only once I heard!), but I felt safer knowing others were around & I wasn’t disturbed by anything at all.

The location is perfectly situated to make best use of the beaches AND the Old Town! The studio was a perfect stay with all you need for a short stay (or even longer depending on how you wish to travel). Shower is great (wait a minute for water to get warm), bed huge & very comfortable & a cozy place with kitchenette & table & chairs & TV! Hosts are lovely kind people who respond immediately to you & I was treated like family, shown where the beach’s were, how to get there, and the Old Town, AND picked up AND dropped off at Porec bus station. I really lucked out! I will definitely stay again. It’s a no-brainer, everything goes well for your stay. Choose here!

unstable wifi (overall problem of local Porec network during high season)

Good location, close to the beach and a big supermarket. 2 ACs to keep a comfortable temperature. The kitchen has a big enough fridge, electric stove for 2 burners, electric cattle, microwave oven, and necessary kitchenware. A free parking facility is near the apartment. The hosts are super hospitable and very helpful. They responded to all our messages in just a few minutes no matter what time of the day we were sending them. There's no washing machine in the apartment, therefore we asked for laundry service and the host did laundry for us for no cost.

We highly recommend this "2 bedroom comfort apartment", we spent 5 wonderful nights here. Location is perfect, 2 mins from the beach and 5 minutes from the city. Porec has sooo lovely old town, you can have nice walks there. A Bakery and Konzum supermarket are 5mins away by walk, a big shopping area with Lidl, Pepco , clothes shops is 5 mins away by car. The 2 bedrooms are great, perfect for 4-6 people families :) The apartment is very clean. The beds are very comfy! Tha living room with big TV and sofa are great for chilling out. The bathroom is soooo big, water pressure and hot water is perfect. You can choose if you want to take a shower or use the bathtub :)  The kitchen and the grill in the garden is wonderful, we cooked many times, the kitchen is very well equipped, the fridge/freezer is very big.. The garden is very secure, we had 2 dogs with us who loved to be in the garden, and they could not escape from the garden, the fence is perfect..There is a cute hedgehog, who visits the garden every night :) The owner lady, Martina is very-very nice, she speaks good English. We brought her Piöttyös Túró Rudi from Hungary as a little souvenir, and she really loved it :)  So if you are visiting from Hungary, maybe you can bring her some as a surprise :) Thank you Martina for the lovely apartment, hopefully we will visit you again one day! Wifi is not suitable for work purposes, but otherwise ok.

Nice owner, she allowed us to check in early, so this was really nice from her. Studio is really clean. Distance to beach and town are both short walk away.

Please check the kettle. I'm not sure if I was unable to operate it properly or if it's just not functioning. The light is on but it didn't heat up. Also the tv remote needs new batteries. Apart from that, perfect. Thank you.

We had a little confusion checking in as we didn't get a message that the owner had to attend a funeral, but a phone call brought someone quickly to the apartment. The kitchen could use a toaster and a microwave for those of us who like to make a more comprehensive breakfast. Cracked glass pane in the entry door held together by band-aids?!

Very spacious apartment on the second floor of the building with 2 big bedrooms, big bathroom, big dining room/sitting area and enclosed terrace area that contains the kitchen prep space. Outside the old town - about 13 minute stroll into old Porec (to the Euphrasian Basilica). Beach promenade and beaches only a few minutes away - nice family beach (Parentino).

The parketta little bit noisy , midnight when the others are sleeping 🤫but this is just small problem.

There was a fantastic apartment with big balcony and 2 rooms. Fantastic location , the beach and the old town less then 4 minute walk. The clima was very cold 🥶 and silent, just like the whole place.

My only complaint is that the apartment was advertised "with balcony" The kitchen could be turned into a conservatory like - room, but you don't have that outdoor feeling as on a balcony. And there was no table and chairs there to enjoy the fresh air either. Other than that it was a great choice for us.

Our hosts were super-friendly and extremely helpful. They went out of their way to help us, we are very grateful for this. The location of the apartment is very good. In a residential area, so doesn't feel like a hotel experience. It is about 5 minutes walk to the beach - there you can decide if you walk left, about 10 minutes into town, or the other direction for different beach experiences. There were concrete "private" areas with stair access to the water. A park, and beach, both with and without sun-chairs. I was amazed by how well the area was facilitated. It even had a wheelchair ramp into the water. I highly recommend Poreč. There is also a supermarket about 5 minutes walk away, and a shopping mall 30 minutes walk away. We had a 2 bedroom apartment, good size bedrooms, firm (I like this) double-beds. A living room araea with a sofa, and there was a dining table with chairs. Aircondition, so we slept well. Then there was another room, which could be closed of, where the kitchen was. Here it was possible to open windows all along the upper part of the room. They called it a balcony, but I would not call it that. In here there was a sofa. The kitchen had all essential equipment. Good size fridge and freezer. With windows open it was great for drying clothes. Bathroom worked perfectly fine. Perfect place to stay for a family or group of friends.

Only a little loud in the evening, however it was quiet while we were trying to sleep.

It was very clean and the host was very accomodating. We only stayed for one night but I’m sure if we stayed for longer we would have been very happy.

The apartment was perfectly clean! The kitchen was very good equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Good communication with the owner who gave us some advices to our trip. The flat is in walking distance to the beach. We highly recommend this place.

Unfortunately the place is absolutely not suitable for three people, it is far too small: the room barely fits three beds. The worst thing however is that the whole "appartement" does not have any windows which could also function as such. There are two small windows in the ceiling of the room, which we were advised not to open and which we could not reach anyway, one window right next to the toilet seat, which could not be opened completely and a small window in the kitchen looking directly at ... a wall. We booked for 13 nights and it felt more like an imprisonment than a vacation. Further on: the doors are very old and we regularly had to fight with the lock + you hear everything your neighbours are doing, the Wi Fi is very unstable and just falls out for hours, we had cockroaches in the kitchen and a constant toilet smell in the kitchen cupboard where the dishes were kept

The hosts were friendly and always available for questions. The contact was good.

Flat is located in a very convenient location, 10 mins walking distance from beach, supermarket and city center. Very kind hosts. Well equipped kitchen.
