The bathroom is very small - it’s more of a wet room with the shower, but we managed to make it work. There was a bit of an odor coming from the bathroom drains now and then, but we assume that this is normal given that the building and the city itself is so old.

Location is fantastic!! The flat is decorated so nicely! The bedroom area on the top floor is lovely and bed very comfortable. Very clean as well! Loved having a washing machine as we needed to wash some of our clothes. Overall a very good stay.

The bathroom was incredibly small - my friend almost couldn’t fit her legs when sitting down. There were also dirty dishes left when we arrived in the sink.

It was in a great location and we had early check in so the host was accommodating.

It is small - for one night for the 2 of us it was fine but could get cramped for longer. Whilst it’s modern and beautifully decorated, it could do with less ‘stuff’ so there’s a bit more space to move or keep suitcases. The street felt fine during the day and was well lit on an evening but could be off putting for some as it was a bit untidy outside (separate to this apartment).

Good location for central Split and had everything we needed for a short one night stay. Clean and comfortable and modern inside. Ana was very helpful in getting in touch with all info and very friendly.

The shower is a little strange and water ends up all over the floor.

The host gave very clear check in instructions and was in communication with me frequently. The place was comfortable, AC worked well, and it was everything I needed as a solo traveller. It was down a quiet street so there were no problems with noise for me as a light sleeper.

I didn't like the fact that in the kitchen I couldn't find any sockets. There was one close to the dining table which wasn't placed conveniently. Also, the shower door were pretty difficult to open.

Location is amazing, right in the city center of Split. Also, apartment is very nicely designed.

The bathroom was cramped, and the shower doors didn't seal properly, which meant that water leaked on to the floor. Towels were provided but there was nowhere to hang them after use. I'd recommend staying here for no longer than 1-2 nights due to the issues mentioned above.

Great location, a 5 minute walk from the palace, and easy to get to the harbour. Clean and comfortable enough. Responsive owner.

We were given the lower ground floor apartment. Air ventilation is poor and the toilet has some bad smell from time to time. The layout of the bathroom is very poor as toilet seat is literally facing a wall. If you're tall build, please do not choose this apartment. The toilet seat isn't fixed properly and it has been moving. Shower gel and hair wash have not been provided with a personal touch It was just the left over from a big bottle and we didn't have enough shower gel for our second night stay. Host did not communicate well in advance such as password for WiFi and the hot water system power switch needed to be switched on at all times. We ended up had to make a special trip back to the room to ensure that it was on. It could have done better. There are always some noise coming from the ventilators. If you have trouble sleeping with any kind of noise, you must stay away from this apartment. Otherwise, the apartment is very modern and location is convenient.

The shower is very bad & the water goes all over the floor. there was some food and stuff that was opened left in the fridge which was unusual. The bathroom is very small as people have said, but ok for a couple of nights!

What u see is not what u get. Apparently the apartment have been split up into two apartments. It's small. Like very small. Ok for staying there to sleep, but I would not live there, cooking etc for a longer time. Smelled moldy and damp. We managed to ventilate the room with Aircon at full blast and the smell ventilators too. Still the air felt a bit heavy. It's not a basement appartment, bit felt like it. If you react to moisture and fungi, I would not recommend booking this appartment. I'm NOT saying there's fungi, but with air this heavy and the moisture level, it's close to impossible not to get a problem in the future. The bed needs to be repaired or better, changed. Two noticible human-sized pits. Comfort is gone if you weigh more than 75 kg. All of these issues did not ruin our stay, but we think they needed to be adressed.

General location. -superb. Located in quiet alley, bit dirty and smelly but overall fine. Host seems very nice, havent seen her in person. Which is not a problem for me.

The shower was very uncomfortable since all the floor of the bathroom gets wet. It is a bit too small. The host asked for passport photos through whatssapp when we arrived without giving us a very good feeling since I couldn't know what would the host do with them (never saw her in person).

Very small - low ceilings and there's a cabinet behind the bathroom door so difficult for a bigger person to get in and out. Someone 6' tall may not be able to sit on the loo as it's very narrow! Bed wasn't overly comfortable

Great location, easy to get to from port and can grab a taxi from the end of the road to the airport. Just a few mins from the centre of Split. Very clean and there was basic toiletries in the bathroom. Big TV with Netflix etc, wifi was fast. Host was very friendly and helpful with check in and out process. Decorated nicely.
