The apartment needs some updating & there was no towel rails in the bathroom. It is situated on the second floor with no lift for access with luggage.

It was very central to all amenities.

We had no problems with the shower and it was good for purpose, but could do with modernising, otherwise all was great and suited our stay.

Welcoming and friendly hosts, apartment is right in the centre of Zadar, very close to shops, restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the cathedral. The sea organ is also no more than a 20 minute walk too so main attractions are close by. Breakfast was a selection of meats, cheese and bread, also eggs offered anyway. We had a superb omelette and the portion size was generous.

the room was a little small. And the check in time was to late, but they took are luggage so we can go around the city, therefore this wasn`t a bad point for us.

the staff was really nice and helpful, they gave us indications of the typical place to visit like for example where we could see the sunset. They made a vegan option for the breakfast for my girlfriend. Really nice place for a short period.

We spent here a relaxing night, but the window opens to the crowded main walking street, and can be a bit noisy for some people. The breakfast is nice and tasty, especially the freshly baked bread. The cheese and ham, however, could be of higher quality.

As for facilities, I missed a coffee machine. Those who travel by car, it must be left in the public parking lot, somewhere outside the walls (city policy) for a fee

The location is perfect for anything you want to visit in Zadar (it is very close to the beach, tourist attractions, shops, restaurants). The host is very welcoming and helps you with any information you need. The apartment was according to the pictures

The appartment was facing a busy street, quite noicy late in the night and early in the morning.

It should be taken into account that the room is intended only for overnight stays. Tinelli's breakfast was good, it was tasty and plentiful and the Finn got enough coffee 😊 Tinel is also an excellent restaurant to visit for dinner.

Very friendly and helpful staff especially Boris, who met us at the taxi which we had booked through Tinel, arranged taxis during our stay and the taxi back to the airport. Excellent breakfast and the discount for dinner in the Tinel restaurant. Very good location in the centre of Zadar.

Because it is in the old town centre, you need to be aware the clock tower chimes on the hour and half hour. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

Location was great, and the hosts were lovely. We got lost, and came in late, and Boris went out of his way to make sure we found the entrance and were settled in comfortably. Breakfast was fantastic! Home cooked omelete and bread :)

Bathroom was a bit cramped and the fittings were old. The apartment is on second floor , steps were steep and not very comfortable. Nothing of a major concern given the central location.

Excellent location and supportive host. Easy to walk around in old town of Zadar. The restaurant attached with the property is also good for fish items . Host helped us store the luggage in restaurant after the checkout time.
