It is on the main street which has its advantages as well as disadvantages especially if one is looking for peaceful long stay. The apartment is a duplex with the main bed on the mezzanine floor. But, there is nothing much to dislike about the overall experience.

The host was very helpful to guide us for parking (this could be tricky), places to visit, advices and warnings about the weather in the sea etc. It helped us a lot to plan our itinerary and we were pleased with our stay in Split.

Location with parking, but very close to downtown. Design of the apartment is very original, I loved the bed. The garden is also nice. The owner very helpful and kind, I will come back!

We really felt at home! Amazing location, within a 20 min walk your in the old center. Ante was really kind and gave us a lot of tips were to eat and go.

Everything was excellent! The kitchen is equipped very well and the hosts are very kind and helpful. Parking is free and safe. Recommendations and hope we will come back soon. Also, the garden is really nice and we enjoyed our time in it.

Everything was nice and we really enjoy it. If I have to make a tiny remark: I would say that I would have like a coffee machine in the flat. I think it is the equiment that is missing. The coffee at the bakery which is just outside the flat is very nice but we would have wanted to have a coffee machine to be able to use it whenever we wanted.

The host was waiting for us and gave us informtion to make our stay pleasant. He and his wife were very friendly. I definitely recommend that accomodation. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 children and the flat was comfortable enough. The little terrace was very pleasant and we could barbecue outside in the little garden. And we also slept very well during the summer nights thanks to the air conditioning.

Host was very welcoming, gave information and places to visit, very warm welcome! Apartment is quite spacious, everything that you need is there. Location is good, there are many pubs, cafes nearby and you can get to old town fast. Recommend!

As the bedroom area is a mezzanine, the bedroom ceiling was rather low and if you are tall is something to watch out for as it is very easy to bang your head. Also a lot of stairs which you had to watch out for, especially those when entering the main door which was very steep and abrupt. The BBQ facilities were not particularly ready to use so we didn’t attempt to get that working which was a shame given how lovely the garden was. Also the garden was more overgrown than the pictures so there was little sunlight and was smaller than the photos.

We loved the location of the apartment, it was only 15 minute walk into the town and there were plenty of shops and facilities nearby. The apartment itself was brilliant, had everything you needed and was extremely comfortable. Plenty of towels and kitchen utensils. The outside areas was lovely and it felt very safe and secure. Also excellent value for money!

This apartment is located in an area with many shops, bakeries and cafés/ restaurants close by. it is walking distance from old town, 10 or so minutes, and is safe. The bus from the airport stops at a hotel just across the street and the owner was always available. I will stay again.

Our only suggestion is to change lights in the bathroom 'cause it's to dark.

Apartment is located in the city center, 10 minutes walking distance from the Old Town. Has it's own garden, which is really nice and quiet, even during daytime. Kitchen has every accessory you will need, even an oven. There's also a washing machine. Very comfortable king size materace can easy gives comfort to the couple. Owner welcomed us with a city map and an essential details concerning moving around the Split.

The host Ante and his wife were very helpful and gave us recommendations on where to go. When our luggage did not arrive at the airport Ante was super helpful in getting it back to us as soon as possible. Super pleasant stay and would recommend to anyone planning to stay in Split. Airport transfers are also easy to arrange.

Great place and host. Explained how to get to the old town by foot (only 10 min) nearest shop, where to eat what tour to take. Flat was clean and equipped with everything what you may need. Definitely recommend for staying while visiting Split.

It needed quiet a lot of time to get warm water in the shower. When you enter the apartment, there is immediately a stair down to the living part, it's pretty dangerous when you enter and it's dark.

Very good location with parking space up front. Walking distance to the old city. Very nice terras. The owner gave us a lot of information.
