Everything. Clean, spacious room with well equipped kitchen. Great location. One could not ask for a better host than Ines. She is friendly and efficient. My stay at her place was best part of my time in Split.

To park your car can be a challenge. But there are streets nearby where it is possible and also free.

Great location close to the city but quite too. Very clean and had everything that you could possibly need. The bed was comfy, shower hot and strong and the room was very clean. There were spare towels, a fridge, coffee machine and pods, a microwave and a hob. The rooms are located very close to a bakery, supermarket and post office. Ines was welcoming, helpful and gave great tips and advice about the local area. During our trip we wanted to go hiking in the mountains nearby and Ines helped us out with which local bus to catch. The park just up the hill was amazing and massive and there is a nice bar that overlooks the city. Highly recommend.

The host was SO friendly and helpful. The room was amazing, very clean and so well equipped. The washing machine and soap was greatly appreciated! Good shower, comfy bed. Location is a short walk from the water, ruins, bell tower, etc. and has a market nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay in the family-run accommodation, which has been very professionally and uniquely restored and refurbished. The accommodation is very modern and has everything you need. Ines also looked after us very lovingly and provided us with valuable tips for Split. The old town is less than 5 minutes away on foot. We would recommend the accommodation to our friends at any time. You should definitely ask Ines about parking, as she can tell you the streets where you can park for free.

Everything. The accurate explanation for check-in. The apartment itself, the toiletries in the bathroom. There was not a single thing that could disappoint you. The place was beatiful, clean, comfortable and Ines was a professional. I would stay there to live. There was coffee (lovely Nescafe machine) and tea. It was the best of the choices during our 8 days in Croatia. I work in hotels for many years, this was one of the best experiences staying away from home.

Lovely place in a quiet location, a 5 to 10 minute walk from the old town (uphill to the apartment, downhill to town) and also walking distance to a national park with gorgeous places to swim (no beaches, but rocky outcrops that you can sit on - just follow the locals), a lovely place to have lunch and you can also take a bus from the lunch place to get to the other side of the park, where there is an actual beach. Ines is superfriendly and communicating with her was quick and easy. She responded quickly to all of our questions and gave us some brilliant tips of things to do and where to eat. Next time we're in Split, we're definitely staying here again! We stayed in the room without kitchen, as we did not need kitchen facilities, but there were coffee/tea facilities and a few plates, cups and some cutlery. Bonus: a very nice views from both windows ;)

Nothing to dislike

Fabulous apartment, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The location was perfect, a short walk to the harbour and old town centre. There is a bakery and shop just around the corner from the apartment and supermarkets close by. We really enjoyed our stay and did make use of the outdoor shared space. Thank you Ines for making us welcome and providing great information about the local area. From our first booking to our stay Ines was in touch with us and on hand to assist us with anything we needed. Had an amazing time in Split and would highly recommend this apartment

One of the reasons we chose this apartment was for the reviews on the easy parking. We had a more difficult time finding parking but that wasn't helped due to a big holiday and festival the first two days we arrived and the rental company giving us a bigger car than was requested. Of course, no fault of the apartment, just want let other travelers know.

Nicely located apartment that was great for two friends to share while based in Split. We appreciated how much the host was in touch to make check in went smoothly and ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Want to give props to the host for going above and beyond with checking out and recommending a few wine tasting options before our arrival.
