Amazing location, right in the old town with lots of bustle, shops and eateries around. Easy to find and a nice lady met us to show us the room, (although did not speak any english). The apartment had everything we needed, good kitchenette and the bed was very comfortable. The room was much bigger than we expected.

Nice flat perfectly located in the centre of Split. No noise in the building, powerful air-con which was ajustable. I travelled alone, but there is enough space for 3-4 people.

Very kind host, he kept giving us sweets. He speaks Croatian and German and his son speaks English. Apartment was warm (in November), all essentials available. Building is from Austro-Hungarian era.

We travelled round Croatia so stayed at a few places (including 4 star hotels), but enjoyed our stay here the most. The apartment was spotless, centrally located with everything at its doorstep, excellent value for money, wonderful hosts who really went out of their way to make sure we had a good holiday and certain anyone who stays here will agree with me - totally recommend and next time we visit Split we will definitely return.

May be a little tricky if you are travelling with a large luggage but then again, the host will be more than happy to help you with it.

Split was the 3rd city of my Balkans trip and this apartment could not make me feel more like home, so much so I had thoughts about extending indefinitely. The unit comes with a fully functional kitchen, lots of space in the living area if you have a lot of luggage. Bathroom was super clean and I had a ginormous bed. Wifi connectivity was excellent. The host was very kind. He picked me up from the train station at no extra charge and helped me carry my luggage up the stairs. Location is perfect if you’re visiting Split for the first time. I walked to all the major tourist sites. There is also no lack of food in the area. I could write a lot more but I think it will only justify if you stayed for yourself.

The main door entrance had a bit of a smell. Thankfully it did not extend to anywhere else in the house.

Right in the middle of Split. Compact and well equipped. Davor is very kind to help us carrying the luggage and pick up and take us to/from bus station. Oh we've got a bottle of fruit juice and wafers, that's a big bonus 😊. Thank you so much. Will definitely come back!

Very central location in the old town pedestrian zone with a lot of shops, cafes, and restaurants - and close to all main sights. The nicest, friendliest and most wonderful hosts ever that really went out of their way to make our stay perfect, thank you! The apartment was good and functional with a lot of space to lay out our things and stuff. The square with the local bus terminal or "main stop" (HNK) was just a 2-minute walk away.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Apartment is in a great location for exploring Split and the surrounding islands. The kitchen was equipped well to prepare meals. Everything was clean and tidy. The host and his father were amazing, and their hospitality was the best we have experienced during our travel. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The things they did were above and beyond what was expected but we most definitely appreciated these extra gestures.

Although our stay in Split was pretty short this apartment make it very easy and sweet. Host Davor was waiting us upon arrival and it was very easy to find apartment. Location is perfect. Host was very helpful and he let us check out later. In the morning we got nice (free!) breakfast. Value for money is unbelievable! Internet connection is great! Till about 11 pm there was noise from the people eating out in the resturants. I think closing the window would of helped with that.

The owner's son met me at the bus station and helped me with my backpack. The father brought a free breakfast every morning, fresh from the bakery to my room. The apartment was in a perfect location in the center. It is a nice comfortable size, has everything I needed and it has air-conditioning.

-Central location -all clean and tidy -there's everything you need - shower gel, soap, hair dryer, dishwash gel, pots etc But mostly I liked the service provided by the owner, first welcoming to the apartment giving me infos about the city and providing breakfast. All very well done and for a great price. I really recommend staying here.
