This property’s location is fantastic! Just high enough to have an amazing view of the old town and watch the sunsets on the wonderful balcony. The accommodation is clean and comfortable, with parking if needed and Alen is helpful but left us to it which was great. There are steps from the town to the property, which, I guess you have to be a little fit to manage but it’s all in the experience! Dubrovnik old town is magical and this property made it for us as a family of four. Wonderful, would definitely recommend.

Seats on terrace were uncomfortable after a short period. A couple of loungers would have been good. There are a lot of steps to gain access to the property.

The views from the terrace are exceptional. Nice modern kitchen. Good host communication. Very clean and tidy.

Stairs, stairs everywhere :) But that is how Dubrovnik is, I guess. I'm kidding, it is great.

Amazing view. Good access. Everywhere in Dubrovnik will have stairs but it has good access by car/cab. Has two air conditioners and dish washer machine. Alen is super helpful and patient :)

The mezzanine floor felt a bit cramped because of low ceiling.

The view from the apartment terrace was fantastic. The apartment was spacious, clean, well fitted out and the host Alen was very helpful and responsive. He even left a welcome bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine and arranged taxis to / from the airport.

The location was great with a great view from the balcony and close to the Old Town, the flat itself had everything we needed, and Alen was a really helpful and accommodating host giving us plenty of recommendations for what to do and where to eat while we were there.

Amazing views over the old city and enjoyed having our morning coffee there every morning! The kitchen was lovely and newly renovated. Alen is great and came over the day we arrived to give us loads of toptips and resturant recommendations. He also recommended the 3 island tour with his friend Davor which was a great day, overall a lovely stay!

Nothing really! There are alot of steps up to it but this is Dubrovnik so expect that everywhere!!

The view and roomy terrace are the selling point and are true to photos. The space inside in the living area as well was great with lovely finishes and furniture. It suited me and my family (2 boys 11 and 14yrs) For me being tall the loft bed and pillow was really comfortable(memory foam maybe) and i got great night's sleep every nite. Its great for access to the Old Town and Banje beach. The host was exceptional. He organised a transfer from the airport at reasonable cost and was contactable for any queries. He met us at a time which suited both of us and he had some great tips. I would recommend this apartment highly.

The air conditioning in the upper loft did not get cool enough for me. You will have to walk up a ton of steps to get to the apartment but the view is worth it

It was lovely and a million dollar view of the city from the balcony. The host was constantly in touch before and during our stay. Very helpful!

The amount of step up to the apartment I counted 41 from the road not a problem for me and my friend but we had my mother 81 and her friend who walks with a stick with us but they just had to take their time and the apartment was well worth it especially the views.

only thing I didn’t enjoy was all of the steps up the apartment! but Dubrovnik has lots of steps around the city so I can’t complain.

the apartment has a beautiful terrace overlooking the old town of Dubrovnik and the ocean. inside there’s two bedrooms and a basic kitchen and bathrooms etc. it’s a perfect apartment for relaxing and as a base for refreshing before the evening. Alen looked after us as gave us tips on where to visit, restaurants to try and was always on the other end of the phone if we needed him. we had a late flight on the day of check our and he helped to arrange somewhere for us to leave our bags. great stay overall ☺️

It’s a cool retro property

The views from this property are phenomenal. perched just outside old town (10 min walk down to the old town). There are 2 bedrooms, 1 twin and the other is in an open plan loft.
