The only thing not awesome was the drying capabilities of the dual washer/dryer. But there was a collapsable drying rack and also many hangers, so that didn't end up even mattering.

The owner was waiting for me at the location, and we were in regular communication leading up to my arrival so that it would be a smooth entry into the apartment. He gave me a walkthrough of the apartment, asked me what info I wanted, gave me some local details, and followed up later with a lengthy list of recommendations of things to do and places to visit. We had some personal chit chat as well - he was exceptionally pleasant and kind. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable. I was travelling alone, so it felt like I had soooo much space. It's perfect for couples, and even couples with a child. The value you get for the price / location / comfort of the apartment is hard to find. Would definitely return!

The neighbor upstairs didn’t seem to appreciate us just talking and making noise at night which is totally understandable. It’s just that it was handled in a not so pleasant way by her throwing water at us from above. It wasn’t that bad, a bit funny actually, is was just very surprising, so beware! Also be aware of a very cute white dog living next door. Don’t try to pet it even if it is very cute and smiles at you - it will come after you.

I was traveling as a group of three and we were looking to explore the city and therefore not stay in some apartment or hotel all day. This property was perfect for us and had everything we needed without costing us much. The host is very nice and helpful whenever you have any questions and could help us with all of our things! Best part about this apartment was the location, by far. It’s located just next to the coast and the very popular street by the beach, as well as the tourist-market. There was also a free bus to Mall of Split going many times every day that we catched to travel farther for free. Beaches and supermarkets are just a short walk away!

Recommend! Apartment had everything we needed,was clean & comfy. 10min walk from beach front, tours, train/bus/ferry terminal. Quiet neighbourhood with plenty of shops, restaurants & a big market nearby. we had a little trouble finding the place but the Host Josko was polite and helpful. if you are brave get down to zipline omis u won’t regret it :D

Apartment Marin was in the perfect location in the old town. Easy to walk to the port, beach and centre with many bars and restaurants. Near to local supermarket. Apartment very clean with everything you would need. Useful to have washing machine. Very quiet location. Peaceful at night. Comfortable bed. Host Josko very pleasant and helpful, offered lots of tips for our stay. He also arranged transfer to and from the airport.

The beds were very comfortable. The host was very helpful during our stay The apartment had a good amount of space. The location was perfect, it was easy to get to most places within a ten minute walk.

Fantastic localization! Nice place to stay. Near the small but very nice beach. Fantastic localization! Apartment is clean with everything that is needed. Very close to the old town of Split but at the same time quiet at night. I highly recommend it for couples and families (a lot of space). Fantastic owner with quick response for messages and questions! There is nothing you can want more from an apartment in Split.

The only problem could be finding a parking spot near the apartment. If you’re coming by a car and are new to town, be sure to ask Josko, the host, to give you some tips on where is the best place to park.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable apartment located in the quite, yet central location in the town. The host was great, very kind and welcoming, and he let us stay past the checkout time. Wonderul experience overall!

The only two things that were of slight issue was there was only one cover for two of us, as it was a little cold at night so it would of be nice for us to have another cover so we didn’t have to share. Also, the neighbours above can be heard walking up and down the stairs, which was usually late at night/early morning and it is quite loud, so just a little warning for others if you are a light sleeper.

There were many positives to our stay but the important ones are the property is central to both the town centre and bacvice beach, which with some help from Google maps were very easy to walk to and only took 10 mins. The owner was very kind and welcoming and let us stay past the check out time as our flight was at night. The apartment was also spotless and there was plenty of cleaning facilities to keep the place tidy. Having a washing/dryer machine was great also. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.
