Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IndiaNice spacious & clean apartment, courteous host who came to handover the key to us in just 5 mins as we forgot to call them before reaching, the apartment had some complimentary juice, beer, water. Location is nice and safe. Free car parking is on road. A nice beach "Plaža Ježinac" is walkable

CanadaThe hot water is dangerously hot so be sure to not touch hot side of shower nor have faucets past middle. Bedrooms are small with thin mattresses. Directions on how to use washer and dishwasher would have been helpful.
Nicely up to date. Some drinks and the basics for supplies are provided. Location is perfect as you can easily walk to old Town (only steps from street to building and unit - minimal, so that was nice), Marjan Park, 2 grocery stores and the beach. I don't think there could be a better location. Clean! Street parking readily available.

The property was perfect for what we needed as a family of four. Close to the city centre, close to the beach. Close to the marina. Comfy beds, great modern kitchen, great bathroom/shower. Balcony was great for sitting out on.

FinlandThe noise from the street next to the apartment is quite heavy (atleast to the larger bedroom). So if you are a light sleeper, bring some ear pluggs with you.
Clean apartment on a nice spot, close to the city center but still safe and quiet. Kitchen well equipped, fast WIFI. Grocery store 50m away, 10min walk to the city center, 200m to the harbour. Friendly staff, easy check in. Ride to/from the airport 35€/one way, was excellent.

United KingdomAir condition is only in the living room. 1 room has ceiling fan, the other room doesn’t have any.
The place was very clean. It has all that you need and yes, towels are available (had to mention this as I brought a few just in case). Walking distance to split harbour and old town, walking distance to the beach. 2 grocery stores are 3 mins away. Pharmacy 5 mjns away. Restaurants at split harbour open until 11pm. Free off road parking. Mario’s mum were kind enough to wait up until past 10pm as flight was delayed. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Very big apartment, very clean, new, well decorated, and extremely well stocked. Had everything we could possibly need. Even found food storage containers to borrow in the cabinet. The beds were very comfortable. Loved the balcony and washer. All this for great price and value. Perfect for our stay in Split with party of 4. Highly recommend this apartment! Very well located as well with a short walk to Old Town and free street parking.

United KingdomDoesn't really have the sea view it advertised. The apartment is on a busy road so the noise keeps you awake if open the window, thus relying on aircon drifting through from the lounge. Consequentially, didn't sit on the long balcony for long due to noise of buses and lorries passing. If using a bus to get around, might be advantage for bus route. Surfaces you touch are clean but areas around the shower needed a thorough clean. Cobwebs on wall above shower and edge of where shower tray and doors meet was grimy and needed a good clean. Entrance to the apartment is through an older looking building. Not a problem for us, might be useful for others to know so they can find it when arrive as name not on outside.
2 bedrooms so could put bags in one to unpack as not the space in main room for bags really. Facilities were as advertised and left 2 beers in the fridge which is a nice touch. Had to wait a while for host to let us in but he was helpful in providing restaurant info for us. We found parking on the road. Lots of apartments in the neighbourhood and stumbled across a fab veggie cafe 5 mins walk away.
